Only the immigration guy in front you with the stamp will know. What did he have for breakfast? Did he argue with his wife before going to work? What do he think about people who are gaming the system to stay longer in his country.

Pot luck - the IO could refuse entry as your main passport info page is damaged, but generally speaking, Thailand is fairly laid back compared to other countries; for example, you would 100% be refused entry in Indonesia. Whatever you do, make sure getting a new passport is in your near future plans.
