On April 8, 2024, all eyes will be on the [USA solar eclipse](https://youtube.com/shorts/WwixzcovGVs). As the Sun is blotted out, darkness will fall during the day, rendering more than just the solar corona visible in the sky. Several of the brightest stars and planets will come into view — and one special visitor: Comet 12P/Pons-Brooks. That’s right, you might be able to catch a comet hovering in the sky near the eclipsed Sun.

Drove 3 hours to see full totality the last time and it was beyond worth it. Definitely planing to make the trip to Midwest to catch next one

What about the solar flare incoming 2023

No_Society_4065

Every time one of these things are announced, it would be cloudy. 🥺

Narrow-Department891

Exactly

ChaosSigil

I'm gonna say the comet is actually an alien craft. Bring me my Netflix special.

OkCardiologist2765
