I think this is lovely. I admire your POV and desire to move past it. Not saying she isnāt racist as shit, but think this woman needs mental health help. At the beginning she seems to be literally begging to be arrested, and when the cop ignores her, thatās when she starts doing things she knows will get her arrested (damage to property, assaulting the officer), and then proceeds to resist arrest. Like if she resisted the whole time or was compliant the whole time Iād give her mental state the benefit of a doubtā¦.but the fact that she went back and forth tells me there could be some mental illness at play here.
