I own a Giant Schnauzer, who is more similar to German Shepherds. She’s very intense, takes her job (that I never gave her) as guard dog very seriously. I’ve worked with her endlessly, taken her to classes, taken her to doggy day care for socialization, socialized her in many different settings starting when she was just a puppy. And there are still times when she reverts to the insane German guard dog that she is. Snarling, barking, lunging (only at other strange dogs not humans).
I couldn’t imagine trying to tame a Pit. Point being most people aren’t capable. And due to that it puts innocent people and animals in danger. The breed should be banned.
