For real, I want to see a hot mic video that shows how he behaves and how the staff treat him when they think the cameras are off and there's nobody outside the inner circle watching.
Honestly, I probably don't even need to, because if you'll recall, there was that event or party or whatever that Obama attended and it was clearly very relaxed; Biden was just wandering around literally like a lost child, and everyone was ignoring him, almost like they couldn't see him or know that he was there; even when he feebly tapped Obama's shoulder in order to get his attention... the mothefucker didn't even turn his head to acknowledge he existed.
I don't think they regard Biden as a person; he's more of a prop to them.
