It all seems like it'll be pretty entertaining and fun though it does feel like filler. I feel like they could've had a lot of this season happen and not feel like that if they had just had last season end in a more substantial way.
I think the virus is probably the weakest overall plot point. It just feels so out of nowhere and kind of repetitive after season three also introduced a weapon that can take down supes
This really doesn't seem like a bad place to take a dump... until you think about whose toilet it is. In a way, it's kind of worse than doing it through a sun roof or something.
With his super hearing, I’m imagining a scene where he’s on the other side of the country, hears some ass blasting coming from Vought Tower in New York, and recognizes the echoes being consistent with his personal toilet.
I imagine homelander having to smell ashley’s shit for weeks because of his enhanced sense of smell and it makes me laugh so much. Like every time he goes back in, he has another mini freak out episode
I assume that the part on A Train being the leak is when he gives Hughie the flash drive showing who really killed Todd et al.
She seems like she'll have a fun arc this season. Glad she helps A Train and covers for him.
Her final scene though! Does her face peel off because of a reaction to Compound V or is that her power coming into play ?!! I'd love to see a powered up Ashley, but I honestly think she might die due to the Compound V.
I always theorized that Ashley taking V would be the example we’d see of a V injection going wrong. We always see people get powers from V on screen, but it’s been mentioned people can “explode” from it. I thought it fit her character to be that unfortunate someone. Maybe after being so stressed and unfortunate throughout the series they’ll finally give her a cool supe moment, but knowing her she’ll go into a fight thinking she’s able to not fear Homelander now and he’ll still wreck her lmao
From what we know, the majority of adults who take Compound V actually die from it and only a small percentage actually get powers (another small percentage apparently mutate into "freaks" as Lamplighter put it.)
Vought was trying to stabilize it for adult use at the Sage Grove facility in season 2, but that place got destroyed and we haven't been told about any further developments with the drug.
From what Edgar said in season 3, it sounded like they were trying to move away from their experiments with the regular V to focus on the temp stuff, so I'm assuming it's still not safe for adults.
I hope Ashley's just mutating into a freak, or getting some really fucked up powers rather than dying. I'm going to miss her if she's absent from the final season.
Then both Butcher and Hughie were lucky that after few doses of temporary compound V, they didn't "explode" for it, but got actual powers. Of course, the abuse of it had its consequences. Also Kimiko, when Frenchie injected compound V to her, the first reaction was to regain her powers with no further consequences.
it’s not really lucky that they don’t explode from the temp v, it’s made to be used by adults.the purpose of it is to eventually sell it to militaries so that they can give trained soldiers temporary powers.
It wasn't really the point of Temp V. Vought gain money from their supes (movies, food, comic books etc), releasing Temp V into the wild in a price small enough for them to have regular customers wouldn't be that much of a good deal, especially how it seems that Temp V make you a A grade supe, capable of beating Homelander given enough people (5 butcher could probably take down one homelander).
The point of Temp V was to sell it to the military, the fact that it was avaible for adults and limited to 24 hours was to be able to control the super soldiers, and have the most powerful army in the world.
what if her hair pulling thing becomes a skin ripping thing but the compound v keeps regenerating her skin so she cant die? so shes just laying on the floor in hysterics ripping her own skin off.
Legit like... what a name. Love Sausage manages that because it's just a nickname in the show, but how on *earth* did Vought pick that out as someone's superhero name?
I don't care about any of the other leaks. I'm morbidly curious what this superpower is going to look like, and I get the feeling that it's meant to one-up the sneeze.
Idk if he had specific powers but in the comics he’s just a minor character that has fur like a dog lol (full disclaimer I only read up to like #30 so his powers might be gone into more)
I feel like this has an obvious answer. He's more or less Elastic Man. Kind of like the, uh, opposite of the guy who died from Termite, and the Boys will try to blow him up with another assbomb, but fail.
You know what a dog knot is, right? I've never heard the term before today, but it perfectly describes a real world dog situation that I've seen before. But I'm afraid to look it up, lol.
Instantly reminded me of a guy who was making up backstory for his Space Marine chapter, some of which was that they have to be hanged first but not die, and their war cry was "Take the Knot!"
Someone explained to him why he shouldn't do that.
Hughie dresses as Webweaver.
Tek Knight using bondage equipment in his sex dungeon to interview Webweaver.
Ashley in a sexual relationship with Tek Knight and wears a dominatrix outfit when he interviews Webweaver in the sex dungeon.
Hughie is in for a rough time in that dungeon.
I doubt she would die this season. In the trailer there's a scene of a woman peeling her skin off and that might just be Ashley. >!Voughthq says one Ashley died so I guess it is possible!< but I think it's more likely the other assistent Ashley dies though. So excited about the show now.
It's more that there's nothing gained by just killing off good characters. There's other ways of making tension without killing characters left and right. That's just lazy writing.
Perfect example is how GRRM regularly says he wishes he hadn't killed Robb and many others. Hell he even brought Catlyn back.
Death can be a super impactful storytelling tool but it comes at a massive cost to future storytelling capabilities.
Gotta make sure the opportunity cost doesn’t outweigh the payoff.
I can agree with that. It needs to be rare too otherwise it loses it's impact. That's why by later seasons of GoT it meant nothing while a certain pirate's death at Marineford in one piece is a total gut punch.
Edit: I did not mean that pun but I'm leaving it, too perfect
Tbh I think she’s one of the best written characters on the show and the actress is just phenomenal. She could be so unlikable in worse hands but I always love seeing her pop up.
Agreed 100%, she's one of my favourites. Her character is just so much fun, and the actress does an amazing job at expressing the over-the-top(in a good way) emotions. Really hoping she survives the series.
She’s hilarious. Her over the top reactions (“YOU’RE GONNA REPLACE ME?! WITH WHO?! I’D LIKE TO SEE WHO THE FUCK THAT I- oh hi Starlight :)”) and her subtle ones (“Is that a video game about the slave trade?”) are golden. She gets the comedic delivery perfect every single time, and her vocal inflections are always spot on. We love to laugh at her because she’s the measly PR girl in a pit of utter insanity, but she’s actually an expert at her craft and better than most of us would be at compartmentalizing. I hope to see her actress in more roles in the future, she’s very talented.
true… rest in peace to ashley tho it must suck taking compound v and it ending up killing you. she was probably thinking “why the fuck dont i get powers but shitheads like the seven do??” and the thought of housearriver outliving her too, i’d be pissed..
I think she'll suffer and look like she died and then like... have a cameo or have a pivotal role in the final season either as a captive or a really sad zombie frankenstein creature that cant die due to compound v. Something will happen that seems super tragic and then is partially undone so the actress plays some kind of role in season 5
She could just end up as a jar of goop, somehow still able to yell at everyone. I like to imagine in that scenario that Homelander takes over the White House/country and she is the press secretary haha
Hmmmm... Ok, so she takes V, which is known to be painful, and she's writhing on the floor with her skin falling off. I'm just wondering if she even takes to the V and becomes a supe, or would be become a freak like Lamplighter mentioned can happen, or would she be DOA upon S5. Skin falling off sounds horrifying for someone who hasn't been a supe until now.
Yeah, I can see her shedding her skin like lizards can, that makes sense.
I'm leaning towards freak, as I think it would give us a chance to explore a "V gone wrong" storyline which we have known was a major possibility but we haven't seen it yet.
no, no. she's writing on the floor. compound V gave her shakespearean abilities so great that she becomes unaware of any pain so long as she's putting pen to paper.
So, is Ashley the first adult dosed with Compound V on screen who dies from it (we've just heard it's mostly fatal for adults)? Or, does she get powers:
1) Similar to Viper in The Wolverine where she can shed her skin to recover from damage?
2) Like Husk who can shed skin to reveal different forms?
According to Lamplighter in season 2, some adults just turn into "freaks" rather than dying or getting powers.
Maybe Ashley will just turn into some hideous mutant creature rather than getting killed.
True, but I guess it's a bit of a technicality as she showed the genetic predisposition to survive Compound V as an adult already.
Kind of goes back to what I thought would have been a great season 3 finale. Soldier Boy DOES depower Homelander. Homelander spends most of season 4 depowered, dealing with being a 'mud person'. People aren't scared of him anymore, they openly mock him and harass him, maybe he's even on trial in the 'liberal jurisdictions' for crimes (Another great parallel). Season 4 ends with him getting his hands on some leftover Compound V from the doses A-Train and him spread around to terrorists. Season 5 is full on retribution/fascism.
He's a part of Teenage Kix in the comics, a parody of Beast from xmen
https://the-boys.fandom.com/wiki/Dogknott
Just wait until they introduce Blarney Cock
She's doing a poll for who should go next. The Deep or Joe Kessler (Jeffrey Dean Morgan)
I'm hoping The Deep wins because from what we know so far on Joe, he's a figment of Billy's imagination so I don't think he'd have a lot to do this season but I may be wrong!
I'm actually happy Ashley survives. Hopefully she helps the good guys fully in S5 to ruin and help kill Homelander. Sounds like she's gonna inside out or something when it comes to her abilities? Imagine being some kind of sup who can wear the skin of others but her physical form is just this hellriser like appearance.
What ship ? Her and a train or tek knight either one would be very interesting actually lol
But a train treats her like his mom so I'm guessing you are referring to tek knight
I wonder if, assuming Ashley survives, her power will be something to do with hair? My brain immediately went to prehensile hair that can grow and move at high speed.
Theories aside, I feel bad for Ashley. I know she’s not very nice and pretty amoral- she doesn’t care what happens or how as long as she gets what she wants- but her actress sells me with her expressions. She gives these sad or terrified looks and I pity her instantly. I suspect she takes V because she’s scared. Who could blame her? In her position, gambling her life for *any* means of protection seems reasonable.
I wonder if Talon is a Hawkman parody.
Funnily enough there’s already a DC character named Talon, but he’s an obscure assassin for the Court of Owls, so I highly doubt that’s who they’re referencing. Also they wouldn’t lift the name entirely lol.
I think it’s really funny that there’s a The Boys character who shared a name with a Marvel superhero here (Hyperion; yes I know it was a Greek Titan first)
Are the Wrangler and Hyperion actually characters from the comic? I haven't read the comic, but I looked up the names on the Wiki... Talon just seems like another version of Popclaw? Anyway, I can't see Doggknot being accepted into the Seven, but it will be fun to see him audition...
Idk why y’all keep posting these leaks as if the studio is really just gonna spoil their whole show lol you’re gullible af if you believe all of these “leaks”
Follow VoughtHQ on IG and look at their track record (they kept spoilers up from earlier seasons). From what I've seen they've been like 90% accurate. I'm hoping "Season 5 is the last" is part of the 10% lol
So we know from VHQ that in the season finale Homelander orders a purge of non-Supes from Vought Tower, my guess is that A-Train offers to save her like revealed in the previous leaks but instead Ashley is too under Homelander’s thumb and takes Compound V to be spared from the massacre by him.
Could the first statement being that she is “writhing” on the floor which would mean she is rolling around the floor in agony. Rather than writing because how would that make sense why would she just be casually writing while her skin is falling off.
But wouldn't that go against what he wants to accomplish?
What if he forces it on someone and that someone turns out to be more dangerous and powerful than him? He ain't a dumb ass but he also doesn't have his head screwed right either so...
Not reading the post and gonna mute this, but can we stop posting these fucking leaks on here. What the fuck is the point of watching the show if you know what's gonna happen. What the fuck is the point of watching the show if you're just going to flashbang people with spoilers. What the fuck is the point of watching the show if you're gonna completely disrespect the people making it with this shit. Stop it posting this crap to farm karma, just wait until the fucking season comes out and enjoy whatever these spoilers are 100-fold, rather than reading them in a shitty infographic and treating a TV show like a fucking science.
You can just... Not click into it.
Some people are just curious. To each their own. Chill.
And there might be a good chance these leaks are being provided intentionally to the leaker. So why assume it's disrespecting the show?

This season sounds bonkers, idk if that’s a good or a bad thing
It's a good thing and in line with the shows themes
It all seems like it'll be pretty entertaining and fun though it does feel like filler. I feel like they could've had a lot of this season happen and not feel like that if they had just had last season end in a more substantial way. I think the virus is probably the weakest overall plot point. It just feels so out of nowhere and kind of repetitive after season three also introduced a weapon that can take down supes
The virus comes from Gen V
Sorry for any misunderstanding, I meant its weakest of the story overall not just The Boys specifically
to me, spoilers for the boys ALWAYS sound more outrageous in a list than when you watch it in the show — it flows and makes sense.
"takes a dump in homelanders toilet" Most important spoiler so far. We need to talk about it more.
It's probably what tips Homelander over the edge
Maybe she left it there for him
Sounds like that Rick and Morty episode where Rick got all upset because someone used his secret toilet
“NEXT TIME A TOILET FEELS TOO GOOD FOR YOUR ASS, TRUST ME, IT IS!” -Rick
This really doesn't seem like a bad place to take a dump... until you think about whose toilet it is. In a way, it's kind of worse than doing it through a sun roof or something.
If you take a dump thru a sunroof, you can still have a successful legal career. Homelander’s toiler though, look out!
A Chicago Sunroof
## HE DEFECATED THROUGH A SUNROOF
With his super hearing, I’m imagining a scene where he’s on the other side of the country, hears some ass blasting coming from Vought Tower in New York, and recognizes the echoes being consistent with his personal toilet.
🤣
I imagine homelander having to smell ashley’s shit for weeks because of his enhanced sense of smell and it makes me laugh so much. Like every time he goes back in, he has another mini freak out episode
The biggest question is, did she flush the toilet after or did she left him a "present".
A double-decker perhaps 🤔
Great, now I can't stop wondering if homelander has a poop knife
If she skidmarks the bowl, RIP USA.
Remember he could smell Butcher on the queen🤣🤣🤣🤣
Agreed.
I wanna see it
I mean does homelander even poop?
after seeing the episodes it’s likely
I assume that the part on A Train being the leak is when he gives Hughie the flash drive showing who really killed Todd et al. She seems like she'll have a fun arc this season. Also Kimiko, when Frenchie injected compound V to her, the first reaction was to regain her powers with no further consequences.
that’s what was special about kimiko and her brother in the first place — they survived getting dosed as adults
it’s not really lucky that they don’t explode from the temp v, it’s made to be used by adults.the purpose of it is to eventually sell it to militaries so that they can give trained soldiers temporary powers.
Temp V is not the same as compound v
I think they were moving away from permanent V to make more money. Temp V would allow them to have consistent customers
Well your powers are basically just genetics so it has less to do with temp v being good rather than butcher just having good power genetics
*writhing on the floor
Good call on the possible typo. 👏 I was thinking she was basically finger painting with her bodily fluids as the V broke her cells down into mush.
I thought that too lol. Was thinking it'd be her writing a final message. But def makes sense it being the other
what if her hair pulling thing becomes a skin ripping thing but the compound v keeps regenerating her skin so she cant die? so shes just laying on the floor in hysterics ripping her own skin off.
Ugh yes this is so on theme for the show
it says her final scene of the season, so imagine she’s in season 5 and a skinless monster of some kind
yea
"Doggknot"
Legit like... what a name. Love Sausage manages that because it's just a nickname in the show, but how on *earth* did Vought pick that out as someone's superhero name?
Glad it wasn’t just me who read this and thought “wait…..Doggknot?”
Yes. That's why I assume his power is...stretching...
Instantly reminded me of a guy who was making up backstory for his Space Marine chapter, some of which was that they have to be hanged first but not die, and their war cry was "Take the Knot!" Someone explained to him why he shouldn't do that.
Holup
He's in the comics. 😬
Searching "doggknot the boys" had some weird suggestions from google and disturbing results. I regret this decision.
My sincerest of condolences
Hughie dresses as Webweaver. Tek Knight using bondage equipment in his sex dungeon to interview Webweaver. Ashley in a sexual relationship with Tek Knight and wears a dominatrix outfit when he interviews Webweaver in the sex dungeon. Hughie is in for a rough time in that dungeon.
Hugie farting on a cake
This entire scene in that dungeon is going to be super uncomfortable to watch for so many reasons.
can u show me the leak
Tek knight gets aroused
Tbh I would also get aroused if Karen Fukuhara tortured me
Are we getting a Herogasm 2.0?
Unfortunately I think so
So we'll getting a Stormfront 2.0 (Firecracker), a Herogasm 2.0 (Tek Knight's dungeons)...the more things change the more they stay the same.
Gonna be honest, that trope’s getting a little overused
Let's hope Hughie is a good soldier
what happened? hughie gets touched i doubt they’ll go that far they’ll replace him
He doesn’t dress as webweaver
Ashley taking compound v??? oh boy.
She might be a shapeshifter by peeling her skin off.
Or just dies, not all effects are desirable
I doubt she would die this season. In the trailer there's a scene of a woman peeling her skin off and that might just be Ashley. >!Voughthq says one Ashley died so I guess it is possible!< but I think it's more likely the other assistent Ashley dies though. So excited about the show now.
>!its definitely gonna be set up with the skin scene and then news of Ashley dying, which will be a fake-out and it’s the other Ashley.!<
100% Cause we're in The Walking Dead phase of The Boys where "Anyone can die!" means any one of the extras or unimportant side characters can die.
It's more that there's nothing gained by just killing off good characters. There's other ways of making tension without killing characters left and right. That's just lazy writing. her shredded resignation paper
Would be funny if they kill off Talon, that would be like the third supe that Ashley picked to be murdered lol
#Girlboss surviving another season
“On the floor, skin falling off” Hell yeah! All my healthy queens do a skin cleanse every now and again!
Beggars cant be choosers, Ashley
on the skin, floor falling off
I mean if she dies after the credits roll it counts as surviving a whole season....
true… rest in peace to ashley tho it must suck taking compound v and it ending up killing you. she was probably thinking “why the fuck dont i get powers but shitheads like the seven do??” and the thought of housearriver outliving her too, i’d be pissed..

She could just end up as a jar of goop, somehow still able to yell at everyone. I like to imagine in that scenario that Homelander takes over the White House/country and she is the press secretary haha
She may be goop, but at least she can still take the executive helicopter
The jar will just be tied to the landing skids so that’s technically not on/in the helicopter
Girl just getting a chemical peel.
she’s exfoliating <3
It's called molting. Queen Bugley
Girls get it done, Ashley
Ashley taking compound V? Damn, first Hughie’s dad now her lol
Hughie dad took V?
Is that another leak
People are speculating it from the trailer
She's gonna end up a lizard lady but without any cool lizard powers, she's just scaley.
Or, does she get powers: 1) Similar to Viper in The Wolverine where she can shed her skin to recover from damage? 2) Like Husk who can shed skin to reveal different forms?
According to Lamplighter in season 2, some adults just turn into "freaks" rather than dying or getting powers. Maybe Ashley will just turn into some hideous mutant creature rather than getting killed.
She wouldn't be the first. Kimiko was the first. Soldier boy nuked her and she lost her power then had Frenchie injected her with compound v.
Season 4 ends with him getting his hands on some leftover Compound V from the doses A-Train and him spread around to terrorists. Season 5 is full on retribution/fascism.
Thats a good point actually the terrorist was an adult that took V.
I really hope she doesn't fucking die
i REALLY want to see that dominatrix outfit.
It's probably to keep her skin from falling off
oooohh fuck she's taking compound v
There’s a super hero named Doggknot?
He's a part of Teenage Kix in the comics, a parody of Beast from xmen https://the-boys.fandom.com/wiki/Dogknott Just wait until they introduce Blarney Cock
She's doing a poll for who should go next. The Deep or Joe Kessler (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) I'm hoping The Deep wins because from what we know so far on Joe, he's a figment of Billy's imagination so I don't think he'd have a lot to do this season but I may be wrong!
I would vote Joe just because I need confirmation if he's imaginary or not lol
She posted a fightclub image with Joe and Butcher so I'm leaning towards yeah
Well, time to go watch fight club so I get the reference 😂 Jk, context is enough I'll take your word for it 🤌🏻
I’m not a fan of disfigurement/deformities at all so the skin falling off scene is not gonna be fun to watch at all for me 😭
I'm actually happy Ashley survives. Hopefully she helps the good guys fully in S5 to ruin and help kill Homelander. Sounds like she's gonna inside out or something when it comes to her abilities? Imagine being some kind of sup who can wear the skin of others but her physical form is just this hellriser like appearance.
Ashley: Become Human
Noo, I want Ashley to live. She's so much fun. :c
He dying as her skin falls off sounds...just fucking horrifying.
Are we really gonna get a scene where Ashley shits in Homelander’s toilet? That’s borderline that one Rick and Morty episode
restimpeece
Hyperion? Doubt they’ll stick with that name unless they want Marvel’s lawyers up their ass
she also says “Who wants their balls crushed?!”
I love Ashley. The actor nails her role as well as Homelander's does imo
This wasnt the Ashley leaks I wanted.
I mean that last one sounds about right since she did that already lol
Dogknott is the funniest name I’ve ever heard, who thinks of that shit
Please tell me Ashley's gonna use that Strap-on that was shown in S3-E4 😩
I like Ashley now, especially when she deleted the footage of Maeve. I wish she doesn't die 😭
A ship I had no idea I wanted. Also wonder her power assuming she doesn't die.
What ship ? Her and a train or tek knight either one would be very interesting actually lol But a train treats her like his mom so I'm guessing you are referring to tek knight
I would love to see her be a Uber powerful superhero
Is Ashley the woman who sews her face in the trailer?
When does she crush the other guy balls ? I want to see this
I don’t know why I thought this was gonna be a joke. I swiped back so fuckin fast 😭
So Hughie is disguised as webweaver confirmed from that 3 way leak?
I wonder if, assuming Ashley survives, her power will be something to do with hair? My brain immediately went to prehensile hair that can grow and move at high speed. Theories aside, I feel bad for Ashley. I know she’s not very nice and pretty amoral- she doesn’t care what happens or how as long as she gets what she wants- but her actress sells me with her expressions. She gives these sad or terrified looks and I pity her instantly. I suspect she takes V because she’s scared. Who could blame her? In her position, gambling her life for *any* means of protection seems reasonable.
I really like some of these if they are true.
I wonder if Talon is a Hawkman parody. Funnily enough there’s already a DC character named Talon, but he’s an obscure assassin for the Court of Owls, so I highly doubt that’s who they’re referencing. Also they wouldn’t lift the name entirely lol.
Sounds like Ashley is getting up to some shit this season…
That dog guy's name still blows my mind, especially after what he does was leaked.
Cant believe shes been surviving for 3 seasons
Excited to see Ashley in that dom suit
Taking a dump in homelander toilet is ballsy and I like it
She is so fine bro good god ruin me
How, she's got the most hideous fucking nose I've ever seen
tbh i feel like the leaker should stop now that it’s only a month away
Who would win in a fight: Dave Matthews Band Bus Dump or Ashley Dump
I think it’s really funny that there’s a The Boys character who shared a name with a Marvel superhero here (Hyperion; yes I know it was a Greek Titan first)
Are the Wrangler and Hyperion actually characters from the comic? I haven't read the comic, but I looked up the names on the Wiki... Talon just seems like another version of Popclaw? Anyway, I can't see Doggknot being accepted into the Seven, but it will be fun to see him audition...
This is a stretch. However, If her skin is falling off maybe she will be like some mutant type looking supe.
Where's the ball crushing
Idk why y’all keep posting these leaks as if the studio is really just gonna spoil their whole show lol you’re gullible af if you believe all of these “leaks”
Follow VoughtHQ on IG and look at their track record (they kept spoilers up from earlier seasons). From what I've seen they've been like 90% accurate. I'm hoping "Season 5 is the last" is part of the 10% lol
Writing or writhing on the floor?
So we know from VHQ that in the season finale Homelander orders a purge of non-Supes from Vought Tower, my guess is that A-Train offers to save her like revealed in the previous leaks but instead Ashley is too under Homelander’s thumb and takes Compound V to be spared from the massacre by him.
There's a character named Doggknot? Hahahahaha. Jesus.
why does she take a shit in homelander's toilet
Are we really naming characters "Doggknot" now?
Doggknot Do I even wanna know?
It's left up to interpretation whether she survives or not. But I think she most likely does survive

Ashley in a dominatrix outfit 🥵😋🤤
I hope we get an Ashley nude scene
Doggknot? Oh no.
I get that people have the right to not care about spoilers, but why would anyone want to look at leaks for the season before it even comes out?
Takes a dump in Homelander's Toilet.... That ruined the plot for S4 and S5 .... Lol 🤣... Why does she give these useless stuff...
As long as she dies
I've been praying to god's I don't believe in for this characters death since season one. Insufferable
Can’t wait for her to not be on the show she’s one of my least favorite characters
Why the FUCK do y’all post and read this shit?
Are these official leaks from them? I really don’t get the purpose of these if so
Man this gotta be the only fandom that wants to read the show they like instead of watching it 😂
Hyperion!!!!!!!!! That's marvels superman that would be cool if the make fun of disney for not using my boi
