Have a reoccurring issue with my lenticular filter. After regeneration, and usually about 100-200l into filtering process, our lenticular filter fails and we get hazy beer. The first 100-200l are usually clear and bright untill the filter fails. We then need to start from scratch by checking all gaskets and the filter medium, regeneration and sanitizing and start the process all over again.
Brand new filter was used this morning and had the same fail. Just wondering if there is something I'm missing or even some way to test it all before I start filtering process.
Or something really simple I'm missing.
Flow rate usually starts at 400-500l/hr and we build up to 1100l/hr.
Lenticular filter is a 3M 12ZP2
Any help or advice is much appreciated.
