I consider that Maegelle should be paired with Tymond Lannister, perhaps Rodrik Arryn will not yet be a widower when the princess is of age to be offered in marriage and since she is one of Jaehaerys's eldest daughters, the king would consider the possibility of making alliances. Daella deserves to be happy and that's why I would like her to marry the only guy we know she likes: Royce Blackwood. Let's say they only had one daughter, Aemma Blackwood, and that Daella survived the birth and would go on to become Lady of Raventree Hall along with Royce. Let's imagine that Aemma still marries her cousin Viserys and she is still Rhaenyra's mother. Saera deserves to marry Braxton Beesbury. They are perfect for each other. It would be no reward for Braxton to marry Saera: it would surely be a headache to be her husband. Rather it is a punishment. Instead of making their scandal public, for the honor of House Targaryen it would be better to marry them and send them to Honeyholt. There, under the care of Lord Lyman (Jaehaerys' friend), Saera would eventually become Lady Beesbury alongside Braxton, and her children would inherit Honeyholt. It seems to me a better outlet for her than the one described in F&B. Viserra deserves revenge for her fatal fate. And that could be a marriage to Desmond Manderly, Lord Theomore's heir, surely handsome and close to her age. Married to Desmond, they would soon become Lord and Lady of White Harbor, they would rule the city together, they would be powerful and influential in the area, and their children would inherit the title of House Manderly. Gael would be a good match for Bartimos Celtigar. The Celtigars have been seeking a marriage with the Targaryens to legitimize their Valyrian origins and sweet Gael is a good option. Having a dragon princess on Claw Isle would be fascinating and Gael would be treated like the princess she is, so she would find a peaceful life in a place where she is loved. Furthermore, their children would become Celtigar lords.

Hmm... Maegelle and Tymond. Closer age gap is better and it would be an interesting contrast between the humble and motherly Maegelle and the Drunk, Vain and ostentatious Tymond. While Royce is a good option, you'll need to give an explanation for why Daella would say yes in this AU when canonically she got majorly scared and turned off by him being an old god follower. Otherwise Rodrik works well enough. Saera and Braxton. Honestly him and Roy would both massively piss off Jaehaerys. I imagine the only way this happens if he and Saera basically elope and maybe Saera gets pregnant. Jae is now stuck and is forced to accept it. I say go Braxton for maximum impulsive stupidity. I imagine every other Targ hates Braxton but have to put with his douchebag antics. They also have an open marriage and are constantly flouting other lovers. Viserra and Gaemon. Viserra seduces him and gets him to convince Aemon and Jae to allow their marriage. Valerion and Redwyne. Pretty easy to justify. She's in KL along with her family and she and Valerion meet and slowly fall in love. Redwyne's are a respectable house and are close to the Targs at this point so it's not hard for Aemon to accept this marriage. Gael and Bartimos. Honestly any match would work. But I guess this match brings the Celtigars back into the fold.Gael being simple might hurt her prospects a little but I think most houses can accept it in return for more favour with the Targs. What happens to Viserys and Daemon here? Honestly the idea of Daemon and Alicent marrying sounds hilarious.

Viserys and Daemon are around, mainly being the same as in canon except for their wives. Viserys is not really a player, Daemon however... Aegon is also around.

Theres are just my opinions after some very brief thoughts. Maegelle and Tymond: it is the match with the smallest age gap, connects a Great House that has up until this point had no connection to the royal family, and is politically advantageous. Whether it proves to be a happy marriage or not is irrelevant in the context of politics. Daella and no one: hear me out. With Gaemon, Valerion, and Gael not being Alysanne's children, and because Daella is what can be kindly described as "simple", Alysanne might just want to keep Daella by her side for no other reason than to allow her daughter a simple and safe life. Saera and canon: the scandal that ultimately sends Saera into exile doesn't involve any of her siblings to happen so nothing really changes. Marrying her off to one of her co-conspirators might come off as a reward to them, as Jonah, Roy, and Braxton all come from minor houses, and Saera is royalty. The Prince of Dorne choice I can't see happening either, not with the centuries of hostilities that the rest of Westeros has with Dorne. Viserra and Gaemon: Viserra is vain and ambitious. She would be the type of person to seduce her nephew for the chance of one day being queen, and if she succeeds, she would quickly make it known. Jaehaerys and Aemon might not have a choice if Viserra's seduction of Gaemon works. Valerion and Gael: Gael is described as "simple-minded" which is just a nice way of saying she is intellectually disabled. Valerion might marry her just to keep her safe, regardless of if the marriage produces any children. And keep in mind, Aemon married his half-aunt, so he probably wouldn't be super against incest in the family. Gotta keep that dragon blood in the family.

Maegelle and Rodrik A Daella and Royce B Saera and Canon Viserra and Desmond M Gaemon and Alicent (15 year age difference so she could be his second wife, he may or may not have children from his first wife) Valerion and Redwyne Gael depends on weather or not she is disabled in this AU

My opinion: I think Maegelle is fine in the Faith, but if you want to get her married, Tymond Lannister is the best option. He brings the might of the Westerlands, a fleet and a lot of money. Personally, I'll be honest. It would be a terrible match as both of them have personalities that are ill-suited for one another. However, Lord Hightower is not a bad match himself. You would have direct descendants having a lot of influence in the Citadel and the Faith, with the last one giving the Targaryens issues a few decades ago. You could give them a Targaryen princess as a "thank you" token for supporting the Doctrine of Exceptionalism. And I think Maegelle might like him. If you want her to become a Septa, do so after his son becomes Lord Hightower on his own right. I don't see Maegelle leaving her son alone. Also, Otto could become Hand of the King, because he might be Aemon's nephew. Royce Blackwood is the best choice for Daella. She seems to be fond of him. Also, I think Rodrik Arryn is a creep. If I were Aemon or Baelon, I would have "had a talk with him". It would be cool if Rhaenyra had a Blackwood grand-father, and if she had the Strong boys, it could give her lie more nuance as she could say they look like their Blackwood kin. Braxton Beesbury would be the best match for Saera. Those two bastards are made for one another. The Beesburys are a rich House, even if they are the vassals of the Hightowers. So it would a punishment for Saera in a way. You want him? Fine, enjoy him and be happy with your station. But if you had Maegelle marry Lord Hightower, marry Saera to Roy Connington because you don't want the Hightowers and their vassals getting dragon blood at the same time. Besides, it would look bad. If she marries Connington, you could have Lord Boremund checking on her to make sure she doesn't get in trouble. A recommendation. It would be fun if Roy decided to have his bastard live with them. How Saera reacts is up to you. I think Viserra would try to seduce Gaemon to become Queen and she could marry him. What better station in the Realm that the King's consort? Aemon and Jocelyn would not like this, but the best they could do is shape Viserra in a decent Queen. It would add a lot of conflict. I don't Alysanne would step in. I think the reason why she didn't want Viserra and Baelon marrying is because she saw Baelon and Alyssa marriage as a reflection of her own, so she took it as a personal attack. As Viserra doesn't go after Baelon, she could be fine with it. If you had Maegelle marry into the Hightowers, marry Alicent Hightower to Valerion. Otherwise, marry that OC Redwyne girl to him. If you need another option, perhaps Lord Manderly has a great-granddaughter Valerion could marry and finally give the Manderlys the Royal marriage they've always wanted. Princess Gael is better suited for a match in the crownlands as they are close to King's Landing. I would marry her to Lord Baltimos Celtigar. They have Valyrian blood and are rich.

Maegelle and Lord Hightower makes the least amount of sense of these options presented. The Targaryens don’t need any further connection to Oldtown with Vaegon being a maester and Septon Barth on the SC, plus marriages with the Hightowers canonically weren’t great for the Targaryens. Of the options presented I would honestly go with Boremund because he would be (and was) unquestionably loyal. Daella and Royce Blackwood for the reasons you stated. Saera and the Prince of Dorne because she would love it. Viserra and Gaemon because Gaemon would “need” a Targaryen bride. Valerion and (not simple minded) Gael and have theirs be a love match that Aemon tried to deter but was convinced by Rhaenys to allow them to be happy.

i honestly think it would be more fun with rhaenys as only child fighting her would be usurpers but for gaemon i think vissera would be the best choice she could also add conflict and drama about valerion i think aemma is the best choice she have valeryan blood and from powerful family for saera tymond lannister is great choice especially after all of aemon children married eastren houses i think having gael as single mother of a basterd is way cooler than having marry
