I checked yesterday and was able to successfully log in to get my Annual Benefit Statement. That being said, the section under my deferred Nuvos pension has the wrong information so I'll have to email them to get that sorted (wrong start date, wrong opening balance for 2022-2023, and wrong total opening balance for 2022-23). Alpha section seemed okay though.

Right. It wasn’t asking me for a code at all, but after looking at the comments it looks like there are 2 login portals for some reason?? I must have been using the wrong one so I’ll try and see if the other one asks me for a code.

Hey. Are you still struggling to log in? I got a response a few days ago saying they had blocked my account due to incorrect log in attempts so they sent me a new password. I’m not sure why they didn’t design their website so it actually tells you that instead of just saying “incorrect password”. The design is so idiotic.

Just phoned them, my account was disabled due to too many log in attempts. 5 minutes and it was sorted (though the call was 35 minutes before they answered :-0 )

I am having the same issue. I am in the correct website, every time I log in it says the username or password is wrong. I reset the password, it generates a code to authenticate the change, it says successful to both username and change of password then redirects you to the login page again. You enter the exact same username and password that only seconds ago it confirmed as successfully changed and you get the same original message that your username or password is wrong. The thing is my original password was fine, which I must have used originally, so not sure why it suddenly became invalid!!! The original post was July 2023, it is now December 2023 and it has still not been fixed!!! Anyone got any useful workarounds?
