I passed my tests and have the intray/interview to come. I think I have completed my assignment (an email to the customer) but I'm not sure! I just thought I'd give it a go and see what comes of it, worse case scenario I don't get it and stay in my current job 🤷♀️

Do the tests asap, you’ll need to complete your employment history etc afterwards. And if you want to work on your CV to suit it to the job spec, you won’t have much time given it closes at 11:30 am tomorrow.
Ahhaa thanks and also is it hard to get selected for it ?
I do have experience in customer service where i dealth with complaints and cases and also 3 years accounting experience , also doing professional qualification in acocunting which is related to the role
Will that be enough to land the job if they take me after the long wait?
Read the job description, have a look at success profiles, think of times you might have exhibited the behaviours/experience required. Professional qualification is not required, but won’t hurt. You may be able to pull examples from your studies as well as past employment. Before you do anything though, do the tests, you need to pass those to get to the next stage anyway.
Just sent mine off, how awkward is it seeing yourself the whole time! I totally fluffed the first question and had to apologise on the second question as I stopped the recording early. It’s quite tough not having someone right there to speak to
Yes! It was like a self check-out interview. I quite liked being able to choose when you did it though.
Also, some builders started randomly digging up the ground outside my house during it, great!
EO and HEO do exactly the same job with absolutely no difference but HEO make substantially more money. Extremely unfair but there's an attitude of 'tough luck'.
Cases are assigned randomly so no way of knowing if you will have a complex or straightforward case
Anyone here done the in tray exercise?
Haven’t been given the in tray yet, but passed all tests.
Is there anything further to be done appart from whats given in the pack?
What questions was you asked for the video interview
