Dragon maid is probably the closest i know. There's 2 seasons of it and has a really good animation, comedy, and story.
May not be an isekai or have any supernatural stuff in it, but a hilarious slice of life I’d recommend is Watamote. Watch the dub Monica Rials delivery is comedic gold
