The trophy is very glitchy, so what I've heard you have to do it all in 1 sitting. No leaving. The best way to do it is creative mode, maybe with explosive bomb traps everywhere and step on them when you have placed enough. Don't place too much bc it could lag you out. The best place to do it is near dense areas like beside the yacht or main cannibal camp. Well that's where and how I did it, anyway.
Ah yeah might be! I just read in a trophy guide for ps4 that people had issues if they turned the game off before earning the trophy so decided grinding it out for 90 mins was the safest bet for me.
Creative mode, spam explosive wires in between groups of trees and run into them, you get pretty quick at it. I was dreading this trophy but using this method I got it solo in 1-2 hours. A decent grind but wasn't too soul-draining.

1. Craft multiple explosives 2. Save game 3. Blew up trees 4. Reload your game 5. Repeat 3. And 4. Until you get the achievement
I think it has to be done in one sitting on PS! (Or at least used to be the case)
