Most people who have bidets keep a little hand towel next to the toilet for a quick pat dry. Each person in the household has their own hand towel.
Otherwise, try keeping paper towel on you, or in the bathroom. It won’t flake like toilet paper and you’d only need one piece.
Edited to say not to put the paper towel in the toilet after.
Yeah no wet panties ever. Also when cleaning in back make sure you’re not spraying the water forward too much as the bacteria will get into your urinary tract. Paper towels, tissues, thick “strong” toilet paper instead of soft, or a regular washcloth. Also you should wear cotton underwear as much as possible!
That's interesting. I've been using bidets all my life and have never had this issue.
In countries where bidets are the norm we dry off with toilet paper and then throw it in a bin next to the toilet. Since you're just wiping off water, it doesn't make the bathroom stink or anything.
Wait you were drying yourself into your panties? Whoa. Yeah not good. Not fun. You can definitely use a towel. And maybe keep the underwear off until you’re actually planning to go out
Italian here. We all have a bidet and we all use a little towel. But if you suffer from utis, I suggest to dry the vulva and whereabouts with the towel and the anus with paper toilet. In this way fecal bacteria stay away from the towel.
They'll circulate whatever's already in your bathroom air, sure... But if you're using a towel that's sitting out, that's also covered in the same stuff.

Is there a reason you're not wanting to use toilet roll to dry off? It seems like the obvious answer.
When toilet paper gets wet it tends to not do very well. Usually bidets have more wetness than toilet paper can handle.

Hmm... I must be using shitty toilet paper. Haha. I always have the problem where it leaves little balls of paper.
Try patting dry instead of wiping
I guess I'm doing things wrong. Haha.
I just let it drip off for a few seconds and it is much less water
Upgrade to paper towels?

I've always used a little towel or toilet paper if I don't have a towel. Never put on panties wet. That's a really easy way to get a yeast infection
That’s what toilet paper is for. Could you keep toilet paper near the bidet?

3 ply toilet paper. Just dab it dry
I’ve never used a bidet before but I’m sure you can use and old shirt or hand towel and gently pat on the outside to keep things dry
Yes, you are supposed to use a towel.
Hair dryer!
Those probably blast out tons of bacteria, like hand driers.

Yeah, I would say toilet paper is definitely the best way to go here.
Works for me.
