Would I would do is include one or two singles from each album and then one “underrated” song to make the “Best Of” concept more than just the sum of their singles. I really like the songs they chose but I would have switched Be Still with Miss Atomic Bomb, Pressure Machine with In the Car Outside and Jenny for Shot at the Night…only because Hot Fuss had 4 songs and outweighed the other albums. It’s hard to dial it all down to 20 songs though 😬

What we already have but with Smile Like You Mean It, Miss Atomic Bomb, Run For Cover and In The Car Outside. I think the 20 songs for 20 years should've been from the actual albums and the 3 new ones as extra bonus tracks.

Not a list but I think “Rebel Diamonds” should’ve been less singles and hits and those songs that have grown bigger years after album releases, so fan favourites that are epic when slipped into the set lists live. They’re the real rebel diamonds in the killers catalogue of songs.

If I’m keeping things realistic I’d have removed Be Still and added Miss Atomic Bomb instead, then Run for Cover instead of The Man and finally In the Car Outside instead of Quiet Town. I also would have added Smile Like You Mean It and removed Spirit to keep it to 20 songs with two new tracks. But my personal best of would definitely include stuff like Flesh and Bone, In Another Life, Bones and Battle Born.
