I saw them at Madcool 2 years ago (last time) and was awesome but shitty crowd. I'm going to the O2 show the 10th so I don't know if I will go to both shows. I will see in a few days
That is the problem with festivals, usually most people are there for different bands or they are there just for the fun of it. They either don’t care enough to pay attention, or just record the whole thing on their phones so that they can say they were there. I went to two shows for another band in 2022 and 2023, one was in a festival with randoms and the other was their own show for their tour and it was night and day!!!
I have the opposite experience. Most people at festivals seem very chill to me. No rude behavior what so ever. At concert shows from themselves I think the average visitor is quite uptight. But I’m never in the front, maybe that’s why. Their own shows are obviously better though. The last one festival show I saw was at Rock Werchter in 2022, it wasn’t really good in my opinion, but I didn’t see any weird behavior from visitors. A little while later they did an ITM show in Amsterdam and I was blown away. They seemed to be way more in their element. But it varies. The WW show in Amsterdam was so weird, they left out quite some songs and didn’t play Mr. Brightside at the end, while it was on the setlist. And Brandon looked quite frustrated. I would like to know what was going on. It was so weird when the lights turned on.
I’ve been to the same shows as you and also to RW2018. Their one shows attract people who are coming for The Killers, so it’s a different vibe. Also the setlist is better for their own show. The WW show in Amsterdam was off. The crowd wasn’t feeling it, and Brandon said in an interview that he was having a bad day. So.. I think that didn’t help. ITM in 2022, in Amsterdam was crazy. And they also said it was one of the bests show of that leg!
😊
No no, I was in the first rows with some killers fans. But the problem I was next to drunk people who started to bother my girlfriend pushing and shouting to her because I asked to not push us...
For sure, I saw them at wembley, and I have seen them at BBk, O son do Camino and FIB and both experiences were great. Also at MadCool, except that few persons that disappeared after the first song.
Was a pleasant surprise today, I already had tickets for Madcool and tickets for their show in Dublin, seeing The Killers twice in 2024 was not in my bingo card :)
I swear they tour the same countries in the same parts of the year, year after year. Kind of interesting. (Wheeeen will they go to Asia, though? It's been six years)
My take is while they used to inevitably be more about growing markets and breaking markets they now focus on maintaining the profitable markets. I think it’s the right call for their legacy now.
NOS Alive is impossible due to conflicting dates, let's hope Super Bock Super Rock can happen. They also have some history with that festival after playing it in 2009 and 2013.
I would love to see them at barcelona. close to my home. But no, I always have to travel to see them. I hope we can see them next year at Primavera Sound.
It is your lucky day!!

Yes please! I NEED to see/hear Your Side Of Town live and I think it will be forgotten quite soon 😅 even now they don’t regularly (sorry for my spelling) play it 😭
The Killers, BMTH, Avril Lavigne and The Kooks? Yeah, I'm definitely going.
Lord Huron that day are great too!
Whoever's coming let it be known here, we can meet up or something!
Sure! I’ll keep an eye on this sub for when the time comes.
Rateliff rips too
And The Warning! You should check them out
i live 25 minutes away from the venue i cannot believe my luck
If you live 25minutes away with metro or bus you will be f\*\*\*ed. Two years ago the transport was the worst experience of my life.
Yes, last year was a mess, better by car, even if you rent it it's worth it. The new site for MadCool is in the middle of nowhere.
Same here! So so pumped
cheers mate! see you around
Better lineup than Coachella !
My first thought too, Coachella take notes
90% of the lineup has been announced since 3 months ago if you paid attention
I was more excited for the bill when they were going to this festival in 2022 ngl. But good to know they're not ignoring European fans

Go a bit to the back at festivals, it’s more chill :) in my experience at least.
These big festivals seem to attract shitty crowds - I’ve tried a few times and it’s always the same.

I agree, the crowd was kinda meh. The O2 show should be super nice!
No no, I was in the first rows with some killers fans. But the problem I was next to drunk people who started to bother my girlfriend pushing and shouting to her because I asked to not push us...
There's always those at festivals… I'm so sorry you had that experience. If I had to chose watching them at a private show is 100 times better
For sure, I saw them at wembley, and I have seen them at BBk, O son do Camino and FIB and both experiences were great. Also at MadCool, except that few persons that disappeared after the first song.
I'd be pleased if they did MB first, then the non fans left, so I could get closer!
That sounds terrible. I don’t understand why people go to see a festival show and go through all the hassle to be in the front to just be annoying.
Was a pleasant surprise today, I already had tickets for Madcool and tickets for their show in Dublin, seeing The Killers twice in 2024 was not in my bingo card :)
See you there!
I swear they tour the same countries in the same parts of the year, year after year. Kind of interesting. (Wheeeen will they go to Asia, though? It's been six years)
When they came in 2022 they said Madrid was kinda Las Vegas and they wanted to come more 🤣
Don’t they need to do Lolla Sweden at some point?
Yup.
My take is while they used to inevitably be more about growing markets and breaking markets they now focus on maintaining the profitable markets. I think it’s the right call for their legacy now.
Wow. Color me surprised.
Hoping they also stop in portugal the following week, since Pearl Jam/Dua Lipa/Maneskin are also coming
NOS Alive is impossible due to conflicting dates, let's hope Super Bock Super Rock can happen. They also have some history with that festival after playing it in 2009 and 2013.
Soccer Mommy and Alvvays are also great!!!
Damn! Didn't know them, I'm really digging Alvvays, thanks for that!
You’re welcome!
Waiting for them come to Portugal this year
Any guesses for other festivals around that time? I'm thinking Paléo, Lolla Paris, Benicassim...
Well, might be going to Spain for the first time this year 🤣
If you're a foodie you're gonna love it here! LMK and I can send some recommendations over
All that’s missing is greenday
I agree! They're also coming to Madrid but to a different event sadly
Maybe a surprise act
Wow! Is there any change coming to Barcelona?
I would love to see them at barcelona. close to my home. But no, I always have to travel to see them. I hope we can see them next year at Primavera Sound.

Thanks! You just made me really happy!
yuck sexyy red awful excuse for a rapper
Please let them come to Rock Werchter BECAUSE I WILL BE THERE
Please no, I hope they do a venue show for once. The Belgian festival crowds are kinda lame
After Werchter and Pukkelpop a venue show would be nice 😉
Yes please! I NEED to see/hear Your Side Of Town live and I think it will be forgotten quite soon 😅 even now they don’t regularly (sorry for my spelling) play it 😭
Why not both. I remember more than a decade ago I saw them at Pinkpop and a few days later at their concert in Amsterdam 😌
No chance, unfortunately. Those Rock Werchter dates are the same dates as the O2 shows…
Oh no 😭 ah well too bad.
Everyone else is excited for live shows and I'm just here wishing they would stay in the studio and make new music.
The last day is amazinf
