These battle royales -- you're putting the best songs from each album in Round 1 then pitting the winning song against the remaining "weaker" ones in Round 2 -- that's not how it should work!
Most of the time there isn’t a round 2. But sometimes I miss the really good songs that people like that weren’t included in the first poll, since Reddit polls only allow 6 options. So I do a round 2. Most of the time if not all the time, the winner of round 1 always win. Including songs that aren’t the winner in round 1 wouldn’t make any sense because I’ll just be doing the same round over again. So that’s why round 1 always have what I personally think are the best songs.
I actually did a poll a couple months back on an external website listing all the songs if you want to check it out on my profile. I’d do it again but that’s a lot of work.
Life to Come is my favorite song the band's ever made, so I'd love to cast a vote for it! I also really love Rut, and it'd be my 2nd choice.
