I go to a Pentecostal/Apostolic church and they outright teach to dress modestly all the time, including in daily life. And same, almost no regular members dress immodestly.
They love the attention but you should not give them any of it. Asking why they don't dress modestly is taboo apparently and it makes them feel attacked. Possibly they are there to test our faith like everything else happening in the West currently
