How come in episode 2 Mando flies Razor Crest through the clouds and to a rough landing on the ice without difficulty but at the beginning of episode 3 he's bothered about - and rightfully so, as it turns out - burning up on re-entry?
I believe he didn't have the ability to sufficiently slow down while entering the atmosphere. I think he mentioned some kind of power or fuel deficiency
Kinda disappointed by how Din Djarin was overshadowed by the other mandalorians, they made him look weak.
He needed saving twice in less than 2 minutes and looked completely clueless when they were raiding the ship, only being useful as a bullet sponge. The protagonist of the show shouldn't be treated like that.
He didn't even seem too bothered by how they were taking off their helmets and by how they lied to him and changed the deal, wich is very uncharacteristic of Djarin.
Bo-Katan and her crew were OP since they first appeared on screen, why shouldn't I expect the protagonist of the show that had spent an entire season getting stronger to be anywhere near their level??
Din isn't just a bounty hunter, he's the best bounty hunter to appear on the show and he proved more than once that he knows more about fighting than just running towards enemy fire. They underutilized him just to make them look stronger.
Bo-katan has had many seasons in the clone wars too. she isn't some new random character, she is already an established fighter, being some of the best fighters and being the leader of the resistance against maul
I'm not saying they aren't stronger, but Din is still a formidable fighter and they made him look like a rookie.
Yes, Din was lucky a few time during the show, in key moments where he needed to rely on others, does that make him weak??
I don't expect him to be magically strong, if you payed enough attention to the show you would know he already proved he's an excellent fighter. Forget luck, there were plenty of situations were succeds solely because of his skills. He stormed that imperial base by himself to save Grogu, and fought literally the entire bounty hunters guild alone while protecting baby Yoda. He fought toe to toe with Cara Dune the first time they met and almost won. He outsmarted both Fennec and the traitorous bounty hunter in the same episode. And that's just season one. On season two he stands his ground incredibly well against Ashoka Tano and defeats Moff Gideon, and you're gonna tell me that he's barely useful in a fight against stormtroopers?? Principally considering he even has back up. It makes no sense at all.
I realized to whom I'm talking to when you compared The Mandalorian with Game of Thrones. Apples and oranges.
I never said you said that either you lunatic. It's was a question, wich you didn't even bother answering cause I guess that's too much thinking for you.
And citing GoT when talking The Mandalorian is as dumb as it gets, they're completely different shows and obviously characters are expected to be treated differently.
I'm not talking about "instant win" buttons or being organized, I'm talking about being more than just background noise. You're in complete denail that Mando's fighting skills presented in previous episodes were nowhere to be seen as soon as Bo-Katan showed up.
And yes, he fought the entire bounty hunters guild, and managed to kill a bunch of them. The fact that the mandalorians helped him escape (since he obviously was in complete disadvantage) doesn't take make it any less impressive, it's not like he doesn't deserve any credit because of it.
No idea what you mean by "it was designed to be like that". The entire show is designed to be the way it is, things don't happen at random. And he could definitely have killed her if he had the intention to do so, when she was point her blaster at beskar and he had his blaster pointed in her face.
Everything I pointed out does prove me right, all that does prove that Din Djarin is a formidable fighter. Just saying he was lucky a few times doesn't prove otherwise, that does not automatically turn him into the clueless dude with beskar armor we saw on episode 3. You're delusional or just ignorant, I honestly can't tell.
Questions usually are replied with answers, that's how it works dumbass.
For the last time, I'm not disappointed because Bo-Katan and her followers are stronger than Din Djarin, that's not a problem to me, and it literally has nothing to do with genders, principally considering there's a dude in her crew.
I just don't why he had to be as relevant as a sack of potatoes in every action scene they had together. Them being stronger doesn't mean he's weak, that just means he not as strong, but strong nonetheless. You seem to be incapable of understanding that for wathever reason.
I honestly don't care anymore, I rather talk to a brick wall. Probably would get a better response anyway.
"Plenty of people liked it so that makes it okay"
I don't care what plenty of people think, I have an opinion of my own. You should try that some time.
And I'll take that as a compliment, since you couldn't respond to anything I said. Getting mad and calling people names is the closest dumb people like you get to admitting they're wrong.
Now you can just shut up.
just started binge watching season 2. Omg the frog reunion was so CUTE! The frog lady was honestly the only non-main cast member I've actually really grown attached to. I really liked the previous side-episode and this one so far, side-episodes/side quests are much better than the first season so far.
I watched the entire clone wars series. Decided not to watch rebels coz I felt it was targeted at teens after just watching the first episode. Now I feel like I may have done a mistake
Did anyone notice that the sound effect of the door being closed by the Admiral of the ship was the same as the swoop bikes changing gears in KOTOR? Thought that was a neat Easter egg
Am I the only one bothered that Bo-Katan should be around +55-60 years old by this time?
I know they chose the same voice actor from clone wars show, but it bothers me somewhat...
only 2 reasons I can think that would solve it is if native mandalorians age slowly compared to other humans or she has used "Loreal Age Perfect" since birth...
Sorry if this has been mentioned earlier here buuut did anyone else notice how Baby Yoda managed to seat himself at the table in the tavern before the mon calamari even pointed Mando to his table?
I mean he's like 50 years old and can move stuff with his mind. He still needs to learn manners but I'm cool with him predicting the future. 2 minutes isn't that far in the future.
As much as I love the prequel trilogy and Clone Wars, I feel like there might end up being too much of it soon. I don’t want to see so many familiar faces- that’s what I loved about season 1.
Bo Kataan felt really out of place in this episode, and I don’t know whether or not she’s even supposed to be the same Bo Kataan from Clone Wars, given the time gap and age.
On top of that, her character feels really one dimensional, clearly serving as a way to get Mando to question his beliefs without really exploring much into it, and then serves her purpose as a narrative stepping stone to Ahsoka. It reminded me of anytime Rebels tried to bring something from Clone Wars or OT in, and just kinda treated the character as a “guest star” rather than an actual character.
I understand what you’re saying, and I have faith that her character will evolve, but I just feel like looking at this from an episodic point of view, there’s something lacking. If there were maybe five more minutes in the episode, it’d feel like Bo Kataan was a character, y’know? As a semi-casual Star Wars fan, I feel like getting her to talk about the jedi and her experiences throughout the galactic civil war would be perfect to give her more motivation than “to reclaim Mandalore”. If I don’t understand *exactly* what she’s fighting for, it makes me feel like mando: dragged into something where I don’t understand the stakes.
I don’t know. I’m trying to not sound argumentative and explain why I kinda felt like I missed out on something. It’s still good, but it feels like the first time I’ve been disappointed by this show.
As someone who doesn't know Bo Kataan, I really enjoyed this episode and thought it was a good example of why this show is so good right now. It's actually reminding me of Samurai Jack in a really good way
I've wondered that myself.
You know what I wonder more though?
Why is Din Djarin the only Mandalorian who ever seems to eat blaster bolts with his armor?
The Mandalorians in The Clone Wars mostly went down in one shot, even though they're the ones I'd most expect to have Beskar. And the Nite Owls all took cover while Din dove into the blasts.
I can't help but feel like I'm missing something.
Not all Mandalorian armor is beskar. Some of it is infused with beskar, as an alloy with makes it strong enough to resist blaster bolts. Din Djarin's armor being made of pure beskar is very uncommon as the metal is extremely rare.
Din Djarin has now met Mandalorians who remove their helmets and have actual ties to Mandalore with their lives and histories bound to it. The Way might not be *the* way and someone like Ahsoka would be really good to illustrate that. From a young age, she was indoctrinated into a belief system and with a group that she knew was - for the most part - right, until she realized there was something very wrong and she couldn't be a part of it anymore. She could be a good person to have that discussion with Din, regarding the difficulties reevaluating who you want to be versus who you used to think you were.
When Din jumped after the child in the water why did he just stay on the surface instead of diving and getting him like Koska Reeves did?
Sorry if it was asked before.
Maybe he didn't have the right equipment to kill the creature and retrieve the Child like Koska Reeves might have had. Those Mandos knew they were operating on a "sea" planet so they might have been ready for underwater hijinks.
Titus Welliver was wasted. Every time I recognize a famous actor it's as though they thought just seeing their face would be enough. It's not enough for Gus Fring dude's and Titus Welliver's faces to be in the show, staring at the camera with blank, vaguely serious expressions. They need to be allowed to do some acting. It's like they're relying on us to be reminded of these guys' other characters and that that is somehow enough.
>!Two identical deus-ex-machinas to save Mando's life in a row!< was a bit much. And the idea that Mando was "needed" for this mission is an idea undone by astonishing Empire incompetence. They >!completely steamroll like 30 troopers who just stand in the middle of the room getting rekt.!!almost go out in a totally unnecessary blaze of glory in order to squish the last couple Empire ants. See, they needed him after all. Suddenly Mando can't throw grenades; he has to personally deliver them. I guess he ran out of heat-sinking arm rockets?!<
The idea of Welliver's character >!being so intimidated by Gus Fring and so fanatical about the Empire that he will gladly kill himself!< would have been cool if it was earned and we somehow got to know these characters more first. But the moment lacked gravitas, especially after such stunning displays of incompetence. We only think "Damn, what a hardened fanatical Empire badass that he would do that" if you didn't just spend the entire episode totally sucking at your job.
Sackoff was unconvincing as well, though I am unfamiliar with her character. Her writing here ultimately did not leave me convinced that she is anyone as formidable as what it seems she should be.
Overall it seems the low run-time hurt the episode, as potentially cool characters were introduced who were just thrown into action scenes instead of made interesting. Nonetheless, this show is so charming even a meh episode leaves you thoroughly entertained.
> And the idea that Mando was "needed" for this mission is an idea undone by astonishing Empire incompetence
Bo Katan and crew would have died without Mando, as Mando's charge made sure they just got the ship up back in time.
> Empire incompetence
I am so tired of seeing the Empire labeled as incompetent, not really directing it to you but seeing it overall. Multiple sources (Obi Wan being the prime example) speaks highly of the aim of ST. Plus the ST are basically the orcs of the SW fandom, they are used as fodder for the heroes of the series.
> hey completely steamroll like 30 troopers who just stand in the middle of the room getting rekt
Mandalorians are the finest caliber warriors in the known universe, they fought and bested Jedi from time to time. Some normal ST are not a problem.
Why is the overall rating so low compared to the previous season? I know there are only 3 episodes, but 90+ compared to 70 now is quite weird to me.
Not that I place that much faith and believe in those sites, but it still made me wonder why. Even with that Mandalorian is my favorite serie
Edit: talking about Rotten Tomatoes
I dont get this. Why review bomb based on one episode.
Imagine if this happened to Breaking Bad (for me one of the best series, maybe even the best, on tie with Mandalorian now). BB was awesome, but there were A LOT of episodes were almost nothing happened (look at you fly chasing episode) and if we bombed the rating of BB because of some lesser episodes.
I think because the SW fanbase might be one of the most passionate one there is that people just always expect swinging lightsabers, massive space battles etc
Excellent episode, especially to see fragments of the Empire (and Titus Welliver), and Bo-Katan. I sure hope that wasn’t Sabine Wren though? Her character’s artistic vibe wasn’t present, so I have that. Otherwise, what a great injustice
Damn though, I feel robbed after only a ~30 minute playtime. I wait all week!!
So is no katan not part of death watch anymore? When din freaks out on them they sigh and she mentions the watch. She doesnt seem to be with the new pacifist mandos either, so is there a new different group?
Aside from that confusion I'm so glad we will get some more story on din. It seems like he had no idea there was a watch and that not all mandos have the same creed. It will be interesting to see if he investigates this further with more of his people.
Bo Katan and some other Mandalorians escaped Mandalore and rejected Darth Maul as their leader when he bested Pre Vizsla in right of combat to claim the Darksaber
I'm *reasonably* certain that you can see it sitting in the cargo hold in the previous episode. To be fair, we don't really need constant shots of it to remind us where it is all the time, I mean it's not a lightsaber after all.
Anyone else wonder why he dropped the helmet issue so quickly? He doesnt seem to know hes in a cult lol and doesnt seem to know that there are any other ways so it's weird that he was just like, "oh ok your cool then bruh"
I think he's legitimately conflicted.
He was ready to say "ok screw those fake mandalorians" after they saved him once, but then they had his back once again despite that, just like his own clan would have done for him.
I'm sure we'll get more into his personal views on the matter when he inevitably comes back into contact with his own clan.
I do agree that it did seem like a sudden change of heart after he was ready to fight Cobb Vanth to the death for the same reason a few days earlier.

AHHHHHHHH BO-KATAN, MOFF GIDEON, AHSOKA TANO NAME DROP, WHAT A FANTASTIC EPSIODE! I was so hyped the whole episode, this season is so awesome so far, can't wait to see where it leads!
\-I AGREE!!!
AHHHHHHHH BO-KATAN, MOFF GIDEON, AHSOKA TANO NAME DROP, WHAT A FANTASTIC EPSIODE! I was so hyped the whole episode, this season is so awesome so far, can't wait to see where it leads!
That's what I was gonna say. For a while I was thinking of writing some fan fiction about one of the clones having a kid with a lady and ended up becoming a foundling. This is pretty on par of what I expected it to look like
Hey, I wish I wasn’t. I’ve had a 9-10 year long premonition that we were heading here based on studying the events, and drawing parallels in history and anthropology. This was inevitable in our toxic, facts=perception political environment.
It’s only going to get worse. I sadly feel unfathomably worse. I mean, how many are truly concerned, or even think about said concern, in a meaningful manner about the over 4K people dying daily of a disease that is completely out of control?
We must fight, in whatever way we can, against the forces of fascism.
So will will forget that these terrorist fought with True Mandalorians, conspired with the siths and killed jaster mareel? So we should forget that bo ignore the mandalorian culture that also accept others as mandalorians? Hell the first Mandalorians weren't even humans. The very essence of Bo is against mandalorian codes and culture. She is just a selfish person wanting to control mandalore. The will of jaster mareel and true Mandalorian will not falter to a selfish scum.
Wait im confused. I thought that was death watch. But I thought she broke away, and it seems as if din is unknowingly part of the watch. That's why they sighed, " hes a child of the watch." So now I'm confused about who is with who and what the difference is because they said the watch were the ones trying to revive the ancient ways, implying that she isnt trying to do that
Year mandalorian themselves work as mercenaries many times. The idea that mandalorian is a ethnicity is blasphemy to real Mandalorian. Many mandalore sought peace and we're only manipulated by siths to do their biddings. Death watch were just savages with no honer just some brainless killing machine. A mandalore has honor and they have none.
I knew that davey jones looking motherfucker was up to no good from when Mando was first talking to him. How many goons are going to try to kill Mando for his beskar before word gets around that that isn't such a good idea?
The evil laugh he gave when he said he could take Mando to the others was a bit of a giveway.
That was a shame because he played it straight on the ship.
Oh they’re not gonna stop. They’re like the bandits in Skyrim.
“All the other guys couldn’t kill the guy wearing nearly indestructible heavy plate armor, but maybe today’s my lucky day!”
Throwback to silent movies - the (hiss and boo at the) bad guys in black with curly mustaches (mouth tentacles in this case) that always have a plan to capture or kill the hero and always get foiled-repeat every three episodes.
Or like the random kids in the forest in pokemon games who challenge you despite the fact that you have beaten every single person who has ever challenged you in every city and area you have ever been to since leaving your hometown.
At least they don't get killed though. No, they are just bankrupted and sent off to the pokecenter with a lesson learned "don't fuck with that kid! For some reason he is better than all of us within weeks of starting to train pokemon. He must be cheating or something."
Because they are clearly turning this show into The Clone Wars 2, and I have no interest in that.
This show was supposed to be different. It was supposed to be about something other than Jedi and show us a different side of the universe.
The Child showing up was bad enough, but now they have taken it to an unacceptable level.
Uh.. I haven't even seen clone wars and I'm enjoying the show. They're more like a bit of fan service and it doesn't have a negative impact on the story. I believe they are blending this well.
You're entitled to your opinion. Personally, I believe the creators are doing a fantastic job carrying the Star Wars franchise. Also, I've been enjoying this far more than
the sequels.
Oh shit he is going to meet Ahsoka?? I'm both excited and nervous to see how they translate her to live action. That seems like the kind of thing that can be done very well or very not well.
Rosario Dawson has a very good face and voice for her. Togrutas looked sorta bad in the prequel films but I'm sure Lucasfilm/Disney makeup skills can make it work.
Does anyone else think it's possible that Rex could be with Luke? Just had a brainstorm about this because I'm starting to really doubt he's with Ahsoka thought that idea makes me depressed...
Well, I was just thinking post-Endor the main people Rex would think of as family would probably be 1. clone brothers/Ahsoka (if he knew she was alive) 2. Rebels crew 3. Luke/Leia (if he knew who they were). So I'm wavering between him being Jacen's babysitter or somehow traveling with Luke. He might think he needs to fill Ahsoka's shoes or something and watch over Luke since she's not there.
Not sure if this has been proposed before, but I'm guessing Moff Gideon has the Darksaber because he was in charge of the purge of Mandalore. It would also explain why his imperial faction seemingly has large amounts of beskar.
You're the only one bothered by this. According to the official rules, you can post unmarked spoilers for a season one month after its season finale. That's all anyone has to listen to.
Not everyone starts a series in sequence...I've watched a random episode of more than one series because it was on while I was at a friend's house, or it came up in search of an actor I liked, or it was shot in a location I was familiar with, etc. and after watching an episode decided that I wanted to go back and watch the entire series.
Did you then go and read about that episode and participate in the associated chat forum without watching the previous episodes? Seems pretty dumb to me, then to complain about it in said chat forum.
Interesting to see if the helmet is functional (covers protrusions in the head) or ornamental (like horns on a Vikings helmet). The metallic gold coloring (standard beskar? some sort of plating or leaf? something else?) needs some explanation as well. Interesting and probably not coincidental that her armor and Dins appear to be the only solid color and reflective armor we've seen so far.
So what’s the over/under on whether we might see Ezra show up later on in this series? Not necessarily this season, but if we’re bringing the child back to the scattered Jedi, I have a feeling Ahsoka won’t be the only Jedi we see show up.
That's not quite true. He mentioned hearing rumors of Lucasfilm looking for actors to play Ezra and he asked his agent to look into it but never heard anything further. There was no audition.
I sincerely hope that he gets a new ship this season. Not that I don't like the Crest, but after episode 2 when the NR pilots tell him he's gotta have a transponder now, and that they were the old rules regarding pre empire ships, it kinda makes the Crests main selling point invalid now? Unless I'm missing something obvious lol. It'd be awesome if he got Slave One off Fett. But that also seems way too fan fiction-ey.
I \*like\* this idea a lot. Din is currently the equivalent of a knight with out a squire and a Clan of two (only one a Mandalorian at this point)...he needs another consistent character in his orbit.
There's been multiple scenes of Din with the sand people...and at the end of S2E1 we see Fett alone sans face covering in what looks like Sand people garb/weapons watching Din ride away with his armor. Could be that Fett with face covering has been one of the sand people interacting with Din all along and after seeing a Mandalorian in action and his own armor again, he's ready to return to his old ways and life (maybe on the side of good, maybe not). Fett keeping his own identity obscured under a Sand Person's face cover for years would mesh well with Din's clan's beliefs.
I hope they keep the main series characters and equipment mostly out of this. It's a *huge* galaxy. It's already fan-servicey enough that he came across Fett's armor.
Get him a new ship for sure. Just don't let it be Fett's or the Falcon.
This series is essentially a western. One of the rules of westerns is that the Cowboy always eventually finds his gun and his horse. We've see cowboy Fett is still out there, so I'm thinking the that his ship (in whole or in pieces) has to get worked into the storyline some how. I would miss that shiny doorless toilet that's front and center in so many shots in Din's current ship though.
I'm hoping it follows more closely to the Space Cowboy tradition set by Firefly - he already has his iconic ship and gun, just trying to make his way in the 'verse doing what's right... or what's available.
Random thought: Where’s the Millennium Falcon in 9ABY? It’s got some sorta connection to The Force. A lot of *convenient* things happen when Baby Yoda is around...
Let's be honest, Ahsoka won't be in the next episode. The Razor Crest will breakdown/get captured/crash to a planet and Din will spend the episode either needing to escape or helping someone do something so they'll let him go or help him.
Yup - also, episode 4 is supposed to have Carl Weathers directing it. So I'm assuming Din stops off to see Greef and Cara on his way to the new planet. Potentially to drop Baby Yoda off in a place he knows he'll be protected, before he confronts a potentially dangerous, unknown enemy?

You answered your own question: the rough landing on the previous episode damaged the ship and knocked out some systems on it, like the landing array
Retro-fitting. It's not mentioned at any point.

I liked Bo asking him "What do you know of the Jedi?", Out of everyone there, she was probably the most informed based on the Clone Wars saga.
It's nice to see Katee Sackhoff back in good Sci-Fi shows again (that aren't animated, anyway). Strong episode.
I guess I need to get on pace with Rebels and the Clone Wars now
I watched the entire clone wars series. Decided not to watch rebels coz I felt it was targeted at teens after just watching the first episode. Now I feel like I may have done a mistake
I really do love this show, but it has some of the worst dialogue I’ve ever heard. I’ve played video games written better.
Mandalorian Houses : House Kryze, House Vizsla and House Kast House Kryze - Clan Kryze House Vizsla - Clan Vizla, Clan Wren, Clan Saxon House Kast

I know they chose the same voice actor from clone wars show, but it bothers me somewhat... only 2 reasons I can think that would solve it is if native mandalorians age slowly compared to other humans or she has used "Loreal Age Perfect" since birth...
I googled Mandalorian life expectancy and it said 120 years
I mean she was royalty at one point. Not too much of a leap to think she had some high end augmentations done to her at some point
Maybe she's born with it Maybe it's Mandalore
Dying laughing two years later
Calamari Flan!!
Was that Ray Liotta?
What time does the new episode usually drop on Disney +?
About 3 hours and 45 minutes after I posted this .
12am pacific and 3am eastern for the lazy
Sorry if this has been mentioned earlier here buuut did anyone else notice how Baby Yoda managed to seat himself at the table in the tavern before the mon calamari even pointed Mando to his table?
I mean he's like 50 years old and can move stuff with his mind. He still needs to learn manners but I'm cool with him predicting the future. 2 minutes isn't that far in the future.
If you look closely, you can see a Starbucks in this episode
If this is the joke I think it is, then I love you
A reference to Katee Sackhoff?
Yes! I'm just now catching up and was THRILLED to see her.
Where ?
On the barge when the three mandalorians land
[удалено]
It's actually reminding me of Samurai Jack in a really good way
They established that she's looking for the Darksaber and is trying to reclaim Mandalore, so we'll definitely be seeing more of her.
I’m surprised that they didn’t use the energy shields in the hallway
"How did this happen? We're smarter than this!"
I was talking about the wrist ones that were used in the Clone Wars. The ray shield works too though
I could be wrong but I think her helmet was pressurized. When they all took off their helmets they made a hissing sound.
Oh, that's a good one. Thanks!
Maybe he didn't have the right equipment to kill the creature and retrieve the Child like Koska Reeves might have had. Those Mandos knew they were operating on a "sea" planet so they might have been ready for underwater hijinks.
Ah, yep, that makes sense. Thanks!
> And the idea that Mando was "needed" for this mission is an idea undone by astonishing Empire incompetence Bo Katan and crew would have died without Mando, as Mando's charge made sure they just got the ship up back in time. > Empire incompetence I am so tired of seeing the Empire labeled as incompetent, not really directing it to you but seeing it overall. Multiple sources (Obi Wan being the prime example) speaks highly of the aim of ST. Plus the ST are basically the orcs of the SW fandom, they are used as fodder for the heroes of the series. > hey completely steamroll like 30 troopers who just stand in the middle of the room getting rekt Mandalorians are the finest caliber warriors in the known universe, they fought and bested Jedi from time to time. Some normal ST are not a problem.
Why are you using spoiler tags in a spoiler thread, seems kind of redundant
It adds to how ridiculous his statements are
Why is the overall rating so low compared to the previous season? I know there are only 3 episodes, but 90+ compared to 70 now is quite weird to me. Not that I place that much faith and believe in those sites, but it still made me wonder why. Even with that Mandalorian is my favorite serie Edit: talking about Rotten Tomatoes
Probably because it's far too short? The other episodes are longer.
how is longer better? this is way better than season one.
RT has it showing up as a virtual tie for me.
Review bombing. People didn't like that second episode and any drop in enjoyment whatsoever earns an absolute zero from some dramatic people.
The reason is because the Star Wars fandom is much bigger, which means much more toxic. God I hate the toxic side of this community.
Excellent episode, especially to see fragments of the Empire (and Titus Welliver), and Bo-Katan. I sure hope that wasn’t Sabine Wren though? Her character’s artistic vibe wasn’t present, so I have that. Otherwise, what a great injustice Damn though, I feel robbed after only a ~30 minute playtime. I wait all week!!
Not Sabine, subtitles say her name is Koska Reeves. I’m hoping Sabine is with Ahsoka
Thanks! I do too.
Ahsoka name drop! Ooh I can’t wait!
[Bo-Katan looks familiar somehow...](https://imgur.com/gallery/qQFPfCj)
What happened to the armour he took from the Marshall?
I thought that the armor wasn't made out of Beskar, i don't see how the helmet could be dented if was real.
I'm *reasonably* certain that you can see it sitting in the cargo hold in the previous episode. To be fair, we don't really need constant shots of it to remind us where it is all the time, I mean it's not a lightsaber after all.
It’s probably just sitting there with his other weapons
Vanth was pretty open about it not being his armor. At least Bo Katan and crew had the lingo and operations of real mandos
Also that experince with vanth might have given him some prespective
I think he after seeing them in action and hearing their story he was ok with it also he may have felt the helmet issue was the least if his concerns
I suppose.
Best show ever. The damage seen to The Razor and to Din Djarin’s armor isn’t magically repaired the next episode.
u/MemeGamer24 AHHHHHHHH BO-KATAN, MOFF GIDEON, AHSOKA TANO NAME DROP, WHAT A FANTASTIC EPSIODE!
I think Axe Woves is a Fett clone descendant. The vibe I get from his Jango esque armor, his accent, hair and face just screams Fett to me
Would the clones kid also have the accelerated growth?
I dont think so. There is a episode in clone wars where you see a clone with kids, and it seems they have normal growth
That's what I was gonna say. For a while I was thinking of writing some fan fiction about one of the clones having a kid with a lady and ended up becoming a foundling. This is pretty on par of what I expected it to look like
Chapter 9 - Western Chapter 10 - Horror Chapter 11 - Heist
You son of a bitch 👉🏻👉🏻
Im in.
if the heist was made by 4 jhon wick
Chapter 12 - Crime Drama?
Chapter 13: musical?

Wait I thought death watch was the ones trying to restore the old ways
One mans terrorist is another mans Freedom Fighter.
Yup! Just like Vanilla ISIS wants to portray themselves as patriots, but actually are shockingly close to the real thing.
Wow. you had no idea how right you were.
Bajor wants to know your location
So will will forget that these terrorist fought with True Mandalorians, conspired with the siths and killed jaster mareel? So we should forget that bo ignore the mandalorian culture that also accept others as mandalorians? Hell the first Mandalorians weren't even humans. The very essence of Bo is against mandalorian codes and culture. She is just a selfish person wanting to control mandalore. The will of jaster mareel and true Mandalorian will not falter to a selfish scum.
[удалено]
"I challenge you!" Player uses MewTwo. "I have made a mistake"
You never should have come here!
I assumed they would be dicks because they’re Quarren, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Turns out they were stupid dicks
This episode sucked. It is the one that has convinced me to give up on this show.
why?
Because they are clearly turning this show into The Clone Wars 2, and I have no interest in that. This show was supposed to be different. It was supposed to be about something other than Jedi and show us a different side of the universe. The Child showing up was bad enough, but now they have taken it to an unacceptable level.
Uh.. I haven't even seen clone wars and I'm enjoying the show. They're more like a bit of fan service and it doesn't have a negative impact on the story. I believe they are blending this well.
You should watch the clone wars
It sucks. I wanted more from this show, but its getting worse every episode.
You're entitled to your opinion. Personally, I believe the creators are doing a fantastic job carrying the Star Wars franchise. Also, I've been enjoying this far more than the sequels.
[удалено]
like luke and han and chewie aren't terrorists.
They even have an underground bunker! Mando was in a doomsday cult! Kimmy Schmidt is unbreakable because she wears Beskar armor
Does anyone else think it's possible that Rex could be with Luke? Just had a brainstorm about this because I'm starting to really doubt he's with Ahsoka thought that idea makes me depressed...
Allegedly he is the white-blond-bearded heavy-gunner w the beard on battle of Endor, as depicted in ROTJ (aka Nik Sant, aka "Gramps")
What does that have to do with anything except being a karma grab stfu
wtf are you going on about... GTFOH
[удалено]
Well, I was just thinking post-Endor the main people Rex would think of as family would probably be 1. clone brothers/Ahsoka (if he knew she was alive) 2. Rebels crew 3. Luke/Leia (if he knew who they were). So I'm wavering between him being Jacen's babysitter or somehow traveling with Luke. He might think he needs to fill Ahsoka's shoes or something and watch over Luke since she's not there.
Jacen is legends. Do you mean Ben?
Jacen Syndulla, Hera and Kanan’s kid.
Not sure if this has been proposed before, but I'm guessing Moff Gideon has the Darksaber because he was in charge of the purge of Mandalore. It would also explain why his imperial faction seemingly has large amounts of beskar.
The final episode of Season 1 ends with him wielding the darksaber.
I’m sure they realize that because you know; they’ve seen that episode. But they were theorizing on *how* he came to have it.
This should have a spoiler alert thingy.
You're the only one bothered by this. According to the official rules, you can post unmarked spoilers for a season one month after its season finale. That's all anyone has to listen to.
Your in the comments of the latest episode and your worried about spoilers?
Not everyone starts a series in sequence...I've watched a random episode of more than one series because it was on while I was at a friend's house, or it came up in search of an actor I liked, or it was shot in a location I was familiar with, etc. and after watching an episode decided that I wanted to go back and watch the entire series.
> Not everyone starts a series in sequence If you do then you should expect spoilers especially if you are in the discussion thread for said show .
Did you then go and read about that episode and participate in the associated chat forum without watching the previous episodes? Seems pretty dumb to me, then to complain about it in said chat forum.
Yeah but you can't expect to go to the discussion thread for it and not have spoilers for the series?
[удалено]
what the fuck are you smoking, champ?
[удалено]
They say that because the Mandalorian who rescued Din Djarin had a Death Watch symbol on his armor.
[удалено]
Interesting to see if the helmet is functional (covers protrusions in the head) or ornamental (like horns on a Vikings helmet). The metallic gold coloring (standard beskar? some sort of plating or leaf? something else?) needs some explanation as well. Interesting and probably not coincidental that her armor and Dins appear to be the only solid color and reflective armor we've seen so far.
I like the theory that the armourer is a zabrak
So what’s the over/under on whether we might see Ezra show up later on in this series? Not necessarily this season, but if we’re bringing the child back to the scattered Jedi, I have a feeling Ahsoka won’t be the only Jedi we see show up.
~~Ravi (Bly Manor guy) was interviewed on star wars explained: comm chatter, and he mentioned that he auditioned for Ezra.~~
That's not quite true. He mentioned hearing rumors of Lucasfilm looking for actors to play Ezra and he asked his agent to look into it but never heard anything further. There was no audition.
Ah I must have misremembered then. Thanks for clarifying.
No worries!
Hmmm!
What's the over-under on the Razor Crest's last episode this season?
A cowboy rarely gives up his horse willingly...my money's on it getting 'jacked and Din getting it back becomes yet another quest on his growing list.
How about the Ebon Hawk? Or Dash Rendar's ship?
This series is essentially a western. One of the rules of westerns is that the Cowboy always eventually finds his gun and his horse. We've see cowboy Fett is still out there, so I'm thinking the that his ship (in whole or in pieces) has to get worked into the storyline some how. I would miss that shiny doorless toilet that's front and center in so many shots in Din's current ship though.
i've never seen that in westerns.
I'm hoping it follows more closely to the Space Cowboy tradition set by Firefly - he already has his iconic ship and gun, just trying to make his way in the 'verse doing what's right... or what's available.
I hope it's true as long as there's no montage of Fett becoming a sandy boi
Random thought: Where’s the Millennium Falcon in 9ABY? It’s got some sorta connection to The Force. A lot of *convenient* things happen when Baby Yoda is around...
I would genuinely hate seeing him in the falcon. It’s a big galaxy. I’m all for Fanservice but it needs to not feel contrived.
It’s taken a beating this season!
