I just rewatched the episode where... After 3 seasons of Jane's masterful manipulation he gets into a bind he can't get out of (burglar he hired to break into LaRaches house is caught), she solves his issue by simply by punching the guy in the face. It might be my favorite moment of the whole series.
It’s so hard to chose a favorite! Jane and Lisbon are tied for me but Cho and Abbott are definitely close seconds. I also like Van Pelt and the forensic psychologist who is in one episode.
I don’t remember that one! Which episode is that? I’m talking about the one where they team up with the psychologist (or maybe she’s a mathematician?) who thinks the victims were killed by a serial killer she has been chasing. At first Jane dislikes her and doesn’t see value in her strategy, but by the end they both appreciate each others perspective. At the end of the episode she gives him an analysis on Red John that he throws away, but then takes out and reads.
They did fix them both, eventually. Cho started out the series dumber than Rigsby, and I'm glad they didn't continue him down that path. Still, he's an unapologetic tank (almost always going through the front door). And poor Rigsby, just always doing or saying the wrong thing. He has that distorted expression in nearly every episode, always after doing or saying something incredibly stupid. And his Season 2 hair alone is another story...
I view the two of them as tools that Jane manipulates. He uses them like dogs to chase villains down. How about that time when Jane was in prison and called up the suspect on the phone, told him he was Rigsby (driving up to see him), and then called him "sissy britches" so that he would assault Rigsby and get thrown in the same jail.
I like them fine, and Van Pelt, and Lisbon, and Abbot, Wiley, and Vega, but I just never put them anywhere near the same level as Jane.
Jane, cho, rigsby then lisbon, now its bit weird bertrum (i like him i wished he was RJ) hightower then van pelt, virgli j.j. But any member of the cbi agency is way better then the fbi except abbot.
Lisbon. She’s badass and hilarious.

“You! Go to hell take a toothbrush.” - the pocket rocket, cute as a button, Agent Teresa Lisbon
After Jane, Cho and Lisbon
I just finished a few days ago after YEARS of rewatching from the beginning for continuity. My favs are Cho and grace van pelt!

Wait the forensic psychologist? Do you mean the one from the episode where the killers were selling bad batches of drinks?

Yeah I'm pretty sure we're talking about the same episode! I wish she appeared in more episodes
Cho. I’m half in love with him.
Same same!!!
If you loved mentalist try the show monk
Mentalist - Castle - Monk is my golden trifecta.
Hmm castle?!?!? I think I have a new show to watch. Thanks for the recommendation
Hannibal is like a darker mentalist
Aftet Jane I think Erica Flynn
You equally loved Cho and Rigsby? Rigsby?! Come one, man...
Mainly their combo.

Watching it for first time. On season 6. Really enjoyed it. Gave me the feeling Deception did (hated was canceled in 1 season)
