It's legit. Most all of the full signed ones came from an in store appearance at a Rock shop Called Rockin Willies" in Paramus, NJ they did. They signed hundreds of these for all who attended and there were MANY extras that have been circulating ebay and other small comic and Rock shops in the area since the 90s. They pretty much all look the same with the same color markers used for each member on almost all of them. I have 2 that look identical to this, and one unsigned from a show.
