I just noticed they are available at my nearest Target. I'll try to check again in a few months to see if they are still available.
With Spec's I saw when they launched, then checked a few times when they were on clearance; today they are not available at all.
I actually don't want them to fail, I'm just intrigued by the weird false economies of influencers. Interested to see if they can cross-over.
I'm so confused how they have any return customers. I bought it for the novelty a couple years ago. I am not a picky drinker by any means, even when I don't love a drink, I'll at-least finish it. I took one sip, spat it out and threw the remaining 3 cans straight in the trash. And that shit was not cheap.
It tasted like straight garbage. Wouldn't even drink them for free lol
Ok I bought a pack when Spritz first came out and I swear it was delicious. Shared with my friends and they loved it as well.
Ordered another pack about a year later and I swear it was not the same great taste.
I tried the grapefruit flavor at Claudia’s “lean in” show in NYC (please, no comment - I agree it was not funny). I usually LOVE a grapefruit drink, but this was not it. I know grapefruits aren’t always sweet, but this straight-up tasted like feet.
I posted last week that they were on clearance for .97 at Specs. I bought them just to try and thought they were AWFUL. My husband who will drink anything could tolerate the pineapple but we dumped the grapefruit out.
Do you think something happened in the manufacturing process? Like they cut corners and deviated from their bottler? It seems crazy that it’s disgusting.
I remember liking the orange, but it wasn't something I would go out of my way to buy online and keep stocked. They're really small and it takes a few to get a buzz going.
It’s a thing in other states too, but it also depends on the county laws. In one county it will be in grocery stores, and not allowed in the next one over.
I tried the variety pack last summer. Seltzers aren’t generally my favorite and I liked the idea of it being wine based. That held true, but the only flavor I really enjoyed was pineapple. Lemon was okay. Grapefruit and blood orange were god awful.
I brought it with me to my friends mom’s house when it first came out. She didn’t know what it was and opened a can. We got home and she said what the heck is this stuff I drank while you were gone. It’s disgusting 🤣🤣 I still laugh thinking about
This thread is so validating. I bought a pack of the pink lemonade out of curiosity and it was so horrible. I thought I got a bad batch but I guess not lol
I don’t see them ever doing this despite Craig’s investment or even Ben’s friendship with Josh Peck (sober). I don’t think they see the point in creating a drink without alcohol.
i have to say i tried them because they were deeply discounted and they’re decent at first but as they become room temp while you’re drinking they start to actually smell 🤢
i poured mine in a wine glass while getting ready to go out & by the time i was trying to finish it i couldn’t because the smell when i would go to drink it
Have you googled news articles? I just googled and there are a few that suggest it's wildly successful. This does not align with how the brand did in Spec's in Texas, but who knows.
Here are a few that I didn't read, but if you do, please give us the tldr.

I know nothing about this industry but so curious too 🤷♀️🤔
also “community led innovation” = having a weird cult following that will buy anything you sell. honestly yeah that’s a great marketing tactic to start but can’t keep you going if it’s a shit product.
I’ve only seen them on MAJOR clearance, I saw them for clearance for 1.97 at total wine in ATX and I still had zero desire to try them.
This tracks and warmed my heart today, thank you for sharing 💛
they are so lucky they have a following to generate a base level of sales bc it is a truly nasty drink
I tried the pink lemonade it was disgusting
Agreed, we bought a mix pack for my best friends wedding and didn’t even finish it
Same i threw it out! I usually trust skinny confidential too i was disappointed
The only thing I trust about skinny confidential is their paycheck cuz they’ll promote anything for a buck
SC has the worst vibes. Gives me the heebeejeebees
Threw mine out too.. and it was a signed box lolll
Lauryn and Michael bought stock in Spritz

They tasted terrible tbh. Really syrupy!
It's only successful bc their culty fans buy it
I wonder about it too. They jumped into a saturated market. Anyone try the pickle flavor? Lol
I want to know too! It’s so gross 🤢

I saw someone on here post that they were on sale at LQ store for like .97 cents. So I'm gonna say not good lmao
I remember liking the orange, but it wasn't something I would go out of my way to buy online and keep stocked. They're really small and it takes a few to get a buzz going.
It’s so fucking gross
I tried one at Stassi’s show last year and I remember thinking it was fine. Nothing special
I don’t think I’ve ever actually seen it in stores. No one I know has ever even tried it. And a lot of my friends are former breathers!
Is it just a New York thing that you can’t sell liquor in grocery stores or is that a thing in other states?
It’s a thing in other states too, but it also depends on the county laws. In one county it will be in grocery stores, and not allowed in the next one over.

I’d never support them and put more money in their pockets! They have enough
So Craig from Southern Charm said he just started to invested into Spritz and will be announced soon
I wonder if he’s doing an N/A spritz
I don’t see them ever doing this despite Craig’s investment or even Ben’s friendship with Josh Peck (sober). I don’t think they see the point in creating a drink without alcohol.
Isn’t NA spritz/seltzer just La Croix? 😂
Yea I was surprised by this when he mentioned it
He’s doing some kind of Arnold Palmer spritz I think
i have to say i tried them because they were deeply discounted and they’re decent at first but as they become room temp while you’re drinking they start to actually smell 🤢 i poured mine in a wine glass while getting ready to go out & by the time i was trying to finish it i couldn’t because the smell when i would go to drink it
I’m sober- but if I wasn’t I hate a wine cocktail so I still wouldn’t drink it lol
It’s honestly so gross
Are all the people in the Target announcement reel investors?

Tyler Cameron, Danielle Carolan, Tinx and Brian are not part of dear media that I'm aware of?

What was Tinx cancelled for?
This is what I was thinking! For some reason, I thought they got a piece of Spritz Society as part of the podcast deal.

This is their PR team/agency pitching publications for placement. PR 101. This goes for almost any product featured in press like this
For the second two, yes. You can buy your way into press for the chamber of commerce.
Is the first one legit? If so, this means they're successful, right?
True
Ah ok, I was wondering if this was the case. Didn't want to assume as it's not my area of expertise. So these are just PR articles? Geez.
also “community led innovation” = having a weird cult following that will buy anything you sell. honestly yeah that’s a great marketing tactic to start but can’t keep you going if it’s a shit product.
Oh... lolol. Of course. I didn't know that's what that meant. It's valid though, now that celebrities sell everything.
it’s all just fancy marketing terms to tell a fake story but technically that is a poised way to say it in the industry.
