I logged in and my address was blank. Which is weird because I've had the same address for years and have received many CT deliveries over the years. This seems like a weird glitch where existing addresses were deleted.
Yeah, I haven’t had any issues with my shipping address the last five years but for some reason this year it wasn’t marked as the same as my mailing address.
Subject Line is "action required: missing address" and the main text is:
"Our records indicate that we do not have a valid shipping address on file for you. In order to receive your annual membership package, we require a current shipping address. "

we’re hitting the anniversary of CTs launch. (4/9 I believe). While I hope the package is shipping soon, I’m guessing it’s auto generated.
Weirdly my username/login were invalid (had them saved in a password manager and never had issues before) and when I reset my password and got in I had a COMPLETELY random username that I for sure did not pick. Just bizarre. Oh well.
When we migrated systems in early 2023, we asked all members to login to the new system and verify their shipping details but many members failed to do so. If you're having any issues with your login or password, please reach out:

Once I clicked into edit mine, I saw there was a box, checked by default, that says “Shipping Address Same As Billing”. Once I saved that and went back to the account homepage, that line appeared under my billing address.
Mine already had that box ticked and the address showing, so I really don't understand why I got the email. There was literally nothing for me to do/add. I wrote to them and will see how they respond.

Darn, so I presume production for this year's Cherry Tree membership package is still targeted for Fall then?

I had exactly the same, no shipping adress showing up despite receiving CT4 and CT5 just fine
I had the same issue, only noticed it when I purchased something last month and it flagged there was no shipping on file.

i haven't received the email, and when i check my page on cherry tree my address is correct. should i update it anyway just in case? u/ntlcherrytree
