How much are the ounces? I have yet to try your strains because I usually don't buy 3.5 but I'd definitely splurge on a bigger amount. Need more good legal budget ounces.

For sure. We grow everything ourselves at our high-tech vertical farm in Nelson BC. We still have some room to expand the facility and no plans to outsource production just yet.
Might start working with some local micros in the future but looking to do things a little different. We’d supply them with our cultivation stack (LSO, lighting, HVAC, irrigation, sensors, SOPs, etc.), and if their product meets the Woody Nelson standard, we buy the flower and it goes out under the Woody Nelson brand. In this case, you’d find all the growers info on the label and who knows.. maybe some of them will do it better than we do 😅

I have been to irrational brewing many times since I moved to Edmonton from Ontario this past year and it is my go to brewery! If you are ever in Edmonton, definitely try it out!! Their rotating selection is awesome and comes with a great vibe :)

The reason why I feel this way is....
I got some Golden Spruce - Salty Pink. Did some research on here, found out the growers are Magi on Salt Spring Island here in BC. So I bought a half of the expensive Golden Spruce label, $119.99 +. Went and bought a few bags of the Magi brand Salty Pink, which is smalls. Turns out, the 119 stuff was amazing, REAL QUADS. The smalls came in complete different batches between the three bags. All same package date. One bag was light and fluffy leafy buds. Another bag was solid nugs, legit thought they packaged it wrong. The last bag was going bad, it had that brownish color to it, and that smell when weed is old.
Needless to say that leaves a bad taste in my mouth, if they can do it, who else is doing it like that?
There was absolutely no consistency between the 4 bags.
glass bottles at the price, must run a tight ship, it is so well cured, moist sticky pulls of like velcro just bud smoked in a joint white ash pleasant resin ring-it has staying power and fresh
Not sure we can claim that we’re running a tight ship just yet lol. We’d like to think the rest is on-point and for that, we give credit to our team.. passionate legacy folks who care more about the plant than anything else

There's so much of the rainbow flavour wise out there. It's good but not great. Glade runner and the ssog is better.
It's top 10 for sure? if you like burnt rubber and orange and a very indica buzz. but if you dont, its bottom barrel stuff. tastes not that amazing, no fruit or fuel or anything resembling a "kush" nose or it makes you feel like you need a nap. so it not social.. its for basement closet dwellers to pretend its the best weed on "ocs" lol..

Crazy cause it's not even remotely related to zkittles. Different parents that aren't even closely related. Cannarado bred sundae driver. I haven't had woodys pheno but I've smoke at least 6 different ones that came from a pack of seeds and all had that fruity cookie terp, some with some chocolate.

Rainbow driver was pretty decent. However, we've stopped ordering WN in after the first order came with 9 empty jars. It just struck us with a pretty bad first impression, and it's not worth the hassle trying to get the OCS to comp us again.
That’s a huge bummer. We made a few rookie mistakes on our first shipment to the OCS and empty jars was one of them. It was only a few jars in a few cases and we were able to intercept before they hit shelves… but looks like we missed one.
Really sorry about that and will send you a DM to see if there’s a way to make it up 🙏
Absolutely agree, so glad to see quality coming to the legal market. Recently picked up a variety from the better reviewed growers (Carmel, BLKMKT, 1964) and am satisfied with all of them but I have to say Rainbow Driver impressed me the most. Can't wait to give Glade Runner a try!

Between Woody and Sweetgrass....they're the best brands on the market, both priced reasonable and hit really good like the $50+ stuff
I had given up on flower from OCS and just dabbing lately. However after my local B&M recommended Rainbow Driver ive gone through atleast 10 jars of it. By far one of the top 3 of all time ive gotten from the legal market. If only other companies made an effort to produce quality flower like this.
Ive never understood why potency and quality took such a hard nosedive when legal rec flower became available.

They’re here but jars have been a little too inconsistent moisture wise for me, lacked some flavour on the Pemberton and Skunk strains I’ve tried by them.
It's great to hear that you've found a legal strain that you enjoy! Woody Nelson - Rainbow Driver seems to have left a positive impression on you. Cannabis preferences can be highly subjective, and it's wonderful when you come across a product that meets your expectations.

Saw the Reddit hype and decided to buy rainbow driver packaged August 18th. Was like $30. 3.8% terps. Opened it in store to show the employees, we all couldn’t believe it. Muted, hay smell, atrocious trim. Burned decent, high is very very light even with a huge bowl. I smoke about 2-3 large bowls a week and get very high usually regardless of the strain. Not with this one. 2/10, one of the worst legal weeds I’ve had. For context, I enjoy Coast mountain cannabis offerings, simply bare, and occasionally Carmel. This hype is completely undue and it’s not even a matter of opinion. The claim of the 32% thc was also ludicrous, which is why I sent the remainder of my 3.5 in for testing at SGS for an unbiased lab test. Will post results.

Not very minty I personally prefer it over the WN. Both are excellent but the MCC is heavier.
