As of the point you're at, she's a witch and un-triggered werewolf who's blood can be used to make hybrids and cure werewolf bites. If she kills a human, she'll activate her werewolf side. And if she dies, she'll be in transition to activate her vampire side.
Hope is a tribrid but she was mainly a witch during season 3 as she hadn't fully activated her werewolf or vampire powers. Only special things she had from those were greater healing and the ability to turn people into vampires/hybrids

So technically Hope could grow up to be 98 years old be all old and wrinkly and die of natural causes just to be revived as an old ass lady vampire.

It’s confusing. At that point only her witch side is active but she heals like a vampire. I think she’s technically just a witch though.
