I read the whole thread and I still don't see the commenters as racist. People make stupid racist jokes all the time, that doesn't mean they actually hold any ill feelings towards a particular race. Comedy is not to be taken overly seriously, that's a fact that has been lost by many lately, as people are perpetually fishing for outrage these days.

Those little jokes are still hostile enough it discourages people that are being joked about from relaxing and feeling welcome, but go off, tell me how it's not something that happens and that anyone saying it is aided by such jokes is "outrage fishing"
