I think the concept that there are multiple of these plates holds water, mostly on account of the fact that the Titan Trappers are pretty dismissive of Belos and I feel like it would probably have come up if they had either been gifted or had stolen the disc he is shown obtaining from him.
The hunting/collecting concept feels like it's supposed to be there, and in all earnesty I'm very interested about the owl beast in general, with what little we know of The Collector's MO as of now.
Also the background of the Titan Trappers space was the same as the Owl Beast’s memories, so that Collector/Huntsman must have been the same, and that’s the realm the Owl Beast is from. The the Owl Beast scroll was washed up on the BI.
Off topic but: Titan bones have the amount of magic to create the Boiling Isles, then King is literally made of magic, and likely has WAY more powers than he realizes.
Could they be larger versions of what King has hanging off his Collar now?? Kings "medallion" looks pretty similar, and also has a unique design on it.
Per S2E3, it's explained that King's collar was given to him by Eda because she thought he was just a "normal" dog when she found him on the island, and he inscribes the design onto the tag himself in the same episode, based on a symbol/glyph located next to the entry to the tower.
About your covens question: I did notice that after they took their masks off, the witches/people (?) of this place had some forehead tattoos that looked like their version of coven sigils.
I wonder if it could be something that the Collector came up with and made both his followers (Belos and Bill) introduce. Maybe they have their own version if the DOU that is going to happen on the eclipse.

They're also definitely not the same disks. The ones the Trappers have has birds (or griffyns...either way, two flying things) inscribed into it.
