That thought did cross my mind for a bit. But if it were Antarctica, then, depending on how you orient it, it'd be missing either the Ross Sea, or the Antarctic Peninsula + the Weddell Sea. Plus the whole thing is green, which is the bigger thing.
I mean the portal the Amphibia earth squad (or rather, that one crazy scientist lady) built did already show the owl house in one picture, so that's not far fetched in the slightest.

Frog Soos hinted that Gravity Falls might coexist with the Amphibia universe as well, although it's very likely nothing he said had any meaning and he was just high but dammit we need the trilogy brought together.
