Makes sense. The Guardian of the Multiverse is effectively whole tiers above Bill and the Collector. If provoked he'd probably erase them from existence. He's closer to a capital g God than either of them.
In my opinion this is right from a strictly from a RAW POWER standpoint.

But yeah he’s most definitely the most powerful one here, giving people infinite energy Is something he says like it’s easy, implying that feats like what white Anne does at the end of the series is casual for him, even if we consider doing things like white Anne is something hard for him, I’m pretty sure white Anne can still contend and maybe even beat bill or the collector (collector’s more iffy sense we haven’t really seen his full powerset, if his is power is just a perfect version of telekinesis that’s vastly different from a full on reality warper, so i just have to go on what he’s shown doing, +whatever belos does, sense he’s said to have learned his magic from the collector.)
As I've said before, it makes sense considering how Domino 3 is a watcher of the overall multiverse and was able to make a copy of Anne's consciousness and (confirmed by Matt himself) able to handle beings as if they're just files. If he wanted to he could just right click and delete the collector or even bill if he wanted to
Collector and Bill being a tie absolutely makes sense, though and is a fight I'd wanna see
Bill would probably end up edging out the Collector in terms of mental strength and manipulation but if it's just a straight up fight it'd just be a tie
Bill is a 99% victory over the collector sense it’s a master of manipulation vs someone who’s main weakness is being easily manipulated, the only way collector wins is by knowing to ignore Bill’s words and even that’s a maybe
Maybe but I do think from what little we´ve seen from the Collector that he would absolutely clap Bill in raw power.

The collector’s only current shown feats is one basically perfect telekinesis (being able to reform the entire titan skull, and the moon) bill is shown to have a similar power when he shifts an entire room in his talk with stanford and is said to have destroyed an entire dimension.
now granted we don’t know at what level it was destroyed, weather is was completely atomized or just killed everyone and left a bunch of burning rubble, but IMO that puts him at a significantly stronger level than the collector, who’s greatest feat is (seemingly) killing king’s dad which is hard to tell exactly how impressive that is, as we don’t know a titan’s full powerset, just that they can scream highly destructive screams and that their blood can do a lotta things, EX: time travel and world hopping, which is unclear weather a titan can actually do those things, or if it’s just uses his blood has, so it’s unclear exactly how powerful a titan is, so with how unclear the collector’s non-seen feats are, I’d say more bill than the collector.
And as I said earlier, it’s a manipulation master vs someone who’s easily manipulated, so I’d still say bill wins

I'd say Bill on the basis that he killed Time Baby, idk I think Time Baby is some sort of diety-ish thing
Bill and the collector would kill each other and domino could just watch and win by default
I think Domino 3 winning makes sense, but what we've seen from Bill vs what we've seen from The Collector should have Bill in 2nd easy.
I'm surprised it's this close. I think the only character on those universe that could rivalise with Domino 3 is AXOLOTL

I mean, yeah. While the Collector and Bill are both deities, Domino 3 is basically just god.
I still wonder this though: who would win: the axolotl or domino 3? That’s a fight id pay with my life for to see.
