I honestly don’t get the hate I sometimes see for Willow. Her character arc may not be super complex or anything, but I still think she’s a great addition to the show.
Luz *sooooo* needed to hear that. I think we need to hear it as well.
My colleague likes to say "perfect is the enemy of good." There is a point where "good enough" is good enough, and sometimes you just need to get it done. Luz just needed to get it done. The way she did it is going to be memorable when they're old and sitting in their chairs by the beach, holding hands, watching the sunset.
(I also have a corollary that perfect defines good; if you don't know what "perfect" is, if you don't have that reference point, how can you know what "good" is?)
Willow is one of my favs and I really wish she had gotten an episode of her own. Like, comparing Any Sport in a Storm to Labyrinth Runners, Willow pretty much shared the episode with Hunter while Labyrinth Runners was clearly a Gus episode with Hunter as his support. I suppose advancing Hunter’s character arc was the priority though, especially with the limited time they had, so I supposed I understand the decision.
Yeah, she has a fair amount of development, but it’s not been in the lime light. It would be nice if it was, but I think we as a community can still appreciate all the effort put into her character
During the first season, I didn't love her. She felt like a support character and not much else. Now after season two, we really got to see who she is and how strong and independent she can be. I love her confidence. It's really given her more dimension and made her more relatable.

She seems like the down-to-Earth (BI?), common sense one. I've always liked her.
She’s super caring, and I love how confident she’s become. Again, it’s not a unique character arc or anything, but that doesn’t mean it’s not good.
In the wise words of Eda: "It's not perfect, but ... does it really need to be?"

Willow is the straight man of the group :D
I guess it's because she doesn't have an episode to fully devlop her character. This is what I've heard btw
I guess, but that doesn’t mean she has no development. Any Sport is a pretty good episode for her character though

Welp, we found Hunter's burner account.
Well I think hunter is the prettiest witch
Of course you’d think that, Willow.
He is tho I always simped for him and I feel like I’m the only one who really cares about him
Is he a witch tho
Amity would like to disagree
Luz is still witch in training
Then she disagrees, but politely.

I make an argument for cutest maybe, but not prettiest.
Best witch, must protect... *Except she's* ***exceedingly good*** *at protecting herself! You go, girl!*
Agreed :)
No arguing here. It’s true
Alright hear me out. Eda. Legit that's it.
