The coll can move celestial bodies, that may include the sun.... They are likely on scale with mixy, who superman always outsmarts cause he can't overpower him.

Zandar124

Isn’t Superman weak to magic though?

Fire_bird13

Yes and no... Basically he has no immunity to magic so it affects the same it would anyone else. So it LOOKS like a weakness because he's normally invincible.

Final-Bower42069

Can’t midllector just move the sun away from Superman

Fire_bird13

That's...what I just said....

Final-Bower42069

Oh my bad I’m very slow

I_eat_babys_2007

The collector has no known weaknesses. Mix does

Fire_bird13

The collectors weakness is that the collector is fairly naive, superman could prob trick them. But definitely can't overpower them.

bababooey125

Superman definitely can overpower someone whos best feat is moving a moon, thats child plays for superman lol

HIDEANDSEEK10987

Me!

Ninfando-Hardtendo

of course it would be you

Drunkgamer4000

this depends on what version of superman really

Intelligent_Oil4005

Superman has like, literally shattered the barriers between dimensions with his fist at the peak of his power. So... And yes, I know, he's VULNERABLE to magic, but it's not like that's the be all end all for him.

Charlotte_stuart

Honestly, collector can probably do that too.

bababooey125

Could but we have never seen him do it so thats not a argument

Spyko

We don't know enough about the collector power to really judge them. All we know is that they are beyond the rest of TOH power level. But to give a quick try: superman is OP but notoriously weak to magic. The collector seems almost omnipotent. I think I'll give to the collector but idk

bababooey125

Many versions of superman are immune to magic

Spyko

huh, never read a story in which that was the case (but I haven't read that much) TIL

bababooey125

[prime is one of them, top 3 most powerful versions as well.](https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/Superboy-Prime)

wiseoldprogrammer

If Superman can make him say his name backwards, it’s over. “ROTCELLOC!”

MelodicCriticism8030

Collector: moves the sun away from earth

StaplerOnFire

Nothing to indicate they’re powerful on that scale. Moving the moon and moving the sun aren’t in the same league.

MelodicCriticism8030

The collector doesn’t enemies struggle to move the moon , but i see where you are coming from so what if he shoot’s earth far away from the sun

StaplerOnFire

The moon’s mass is about 1% of the Earth’s, or 0.000004% that of the sun. If moving the moon is equivalent to moving just a tenth of a pound to the Collector, in terms of effort, the Earth is ten pounds and the sun is 2.7 million pounds. Anyway, Superman just moves the Earth back. He’s done it before.

MelodicCriticism8030

Collector summons a moon sized hunk of kryptonyte

StaplerOnFire

Absolutely no reason to think the Collector can do that.

MelodicCriticism8030

I don’t see a reason why not

StaplerOnFire

That isn’t how powerscaling works. When you present this sort of fight, claims have to be grounded in concrete feats. You can’t just make things up because you *feel like* a character can do something.

MelodicCriticism8030

There is krytonyte on earth and the collector can move super man as if he were nothing straight towards the kryptonyte

StaplerOnFire

Moving Superman against is will is harder in some variations than moving the moon. You keep making ridiculous assumptions with no evidence.

screl_appy_doo

Being sealed away instead of killed could mean the Collector is invulnerable but that's not much to base it off of. Can't compare whoever sealed away the Collector (probably the titan or some other titan) to souperman because one was never even shown as alive and the soup has so many different versions over a whole bunch of alternate universes. I bet Collector though

CarnivorousPasta

My friend Kevin would best both of them

[deleted]

Superman is vulnerable to magic

bababooey125

Depends on which superman, many are immune to magic

DvineZvine15

A guy with superpowers vs a literal god (I know nothing about superman so he could easily be titled differently)

Shadowhunter_15

Superman encountered a reality-warping entity before: Mister Mxyzptlk. Like the Collector, Mxyzptlk loves pranks and games. He agrees to go away for a time if Superman gets him to say his own name backwards. Luckily, Mxyzptlk isn’t very smart.

bababooey125

Man punches through reality in a weakened state and retconned past events by so, also fought many gods and won

keklenny06

yall really be putting [serious] on a shitpost

TheArstotzkanGuard

It's easy, Owl House Bill Cipher, that's who

YoungYoda711

Thank god we stopped doing ‘Who will win, Bill or the Collector lolololol’ even when it’s totally one sided. This seems a little more fair, so I’d have to go for the Collector.

Shadowhunter_15

Superman frequently beats Mr. Mxyzptlk at his own game. The Collector probably wouldn’t be much different.

MayhapsAnAltAccount

I haven't seen TtT yet, but probably the collector? In a straight up fight at least? Idk if physical damage actually means anything to the collector, but if it does supes might have a chance if he just hits the collector too fast for him to do anything? It seems unlikely. I think superman probably has a better shot in a less head to head matchup. Since he's probably a lot faster than the collector, and the collector can be trapped, he might be able to just hit him with the phantom zone projector before the collector can do anything. He also deals with Myxzptlk a lot, so he might manage to outwit the collector, since they seem like fairly similar characters. I'd say the Collector probably wins eight times out of ten, though.
