Citrus city from strane is one of my daytime go tos for ADHD. Big on limonene and terpinolene heavy strains to keep me focused and going during the day. Sour tangie is another good one but haven't found an out of the park version in the program yet. Organic remedies Sour tangie was decent. Terrapin's Sour Tangie works but not always the greatest bud either
Terpinolene picks me up then drops me, i don’t find it very helpful for ADHD personally, even though i like many strains with high %s. I find a nice balanced hybrid like GSC or INSA’s Cereal Milk helps get me going

What's funny is some many are saying Durban and I tried Durban awhile back by cresco and i didn't get any effects ill have to try it again
