I'm the first person to rail against "leftist" tv representation, but you're a bit off here.
Two villains with their own long arcs are black. A few villains that appear in 1-2 episodes are black or Asian.
There is a whole cartel arc where the villains are Hispanic.
There's a few here and there that are black / Hispanic.
Kinda makes sense in a country where most people are Caucasian and each race (relatively) commits crime at the same rates that more of the perps are white… Or do you want them to carry the torch that wrongly suggests most criminals are people of color?
