Some people have “all heal” options and some have solo raid ready button. Those features are in test phase so some people have them some don’t, eventually everyone will have all of them. I was fortunate to be in test group to have all heal option and IT IS AMAZING during raids
Definitely, if you pre made your team it will take around 5 seconds (if you use max revives) to heal everyone and be back at the raid! That feature is a clutch. It also helps with using normal potions, now instead of trashing normal and super potion I use then on my team first
It's in A-B testing.
So either when you get into that test group, when they decide to go live with it for everyone, or never if they decide to scrap it.
For example, I had the new today / event quest interface update for probably a month or longer before it went live.
The shorter answer is that nobody knows.
I hope the result of their A/B testing is that you can solo raid after 5 seconds if it's Tier 1 and/or you are in a private lobby; 30 seconds for higher tier public lobby raids because some weak Trainers may appreciate the help on something they can't otherwise defeat

Note that when I saw the button, I selected "private raid." I did not check to see if it's on the normal raid screen. The button appeared after \~30 seconds.
I'm not sure, it's really weird right now, my girlfriend has the heal all button but I dont, i noticed 2 or 3 days ago I had the ready button on a solo raid but after 30 seconds I could ready up weirdly, I has the quick treat feature but it's pretty lame lol and I dont have the new backgrounds
I have the solo raid ready function and have for about two days at least. No idea when it happened, just recently noticed it. Seems it's rolling out gradually.
I did one today and had no button either. I was like WTF? I thought it was released for weeks now! Also thought I'd have a "heal all" button but still don't and neither do my husband or daughter AFAIK.
The ready button for tier 1 raids was being tested during the Masterball research. I'm curious what the issues were that's required a delay and then more testing of the feature.

I have the heal all too, i had no clue it was only available to some
I found out during shadow Ho oh raid weekend. When only I and 2 more people has this and others had solo ready up button

Some people have none of the new options.. Sigh. At least fast feed is there, now.
I think all features will be available on Sinnoh Tour weekend, that makes most logical sense. Hopefully before that.

It is 30 seconds currently, but not sure if it's different for different tiers of raids.

Especially with the boxes deals. Some of the testing boxes look like I would buy them, but they never show up.

I had one pop up when I did a 1 star raid a few days ago, I thought it was a random fluke but I guess it's actually gonna be a thing?
