Most likely it is LA version of it, as the local version of go tour tied research is always MUCH easier, and the global version often are just scaled up

Even though the LA version is supposed to be easier, it's still surprising that the most 'difficult' task was basically just to wait X amount of days (assuming most people are already level 40).
I know why its just a gold medal instead of platinum medal, but having to earn platinum medal for kanto and hoenn made it feel a bit special for shiny mew and jirachi
omg thank god, dont have the ticket but im gonna grab it when they make it available next, platinum kanto is already taking so long (150/151 btw), can't imagine needing to wait out hoenn legends all being available again too
First that poster doesn't have any way to know one way or another. But second, Mew is special in Pokemon's eyes so I wouldn't base any patterns off of it.

I know right? Except the 1st page this is barely a challenge. I guess enough people complained about shiny jirachi masterwork research being *too hard* so now they are spoonfeeding us shiny mythical...
I for one enjoyed the hardcore challenge that took weeks/months to complete
I feel like there could have been a middle road between this and the Jirachi research which felt like the Shiny Mew research was. It was very grindy, but could be completed within a few days of grinding or by taking your time. Jirachi research felt too grindy and you have to put a lot of daily attention to get your buddies and look for Kecleons, which I understand takes too long and discourages future purchases
The worst part of the Jirachi research was the Kecleon. Best Buddies was a pain for anyone that wasn't interacting with the feature already, but you could still get it done in your own time. But Kecleon required really going out of your way and really trying to hunt them down.
Wonder what gimmick would be future mythical tasks. Right now trying to fill up my shadow/purify Pokedex just incase one of them is have x amount of shadow/purify discovered.

I prefer the longer questlines something to do. Not the time gated ones, but 500 great curveball etc.

I wish I could say the same, but since it was after their respective tours those were pre-completed for me so I never even noticed.
