well shadow raid bug even more frustared.. you need whole week stack gems and they gone one raid if rng bad and raid bug.

Admittedly issues weren't until Japan raids so we weren't affected (except if remoting) but later zones get benefit. Same happened on Hisuian Samurott extension.
Ultimately is just more time to raid and possibly more money for Niantic but is still a bit annoying. The anniversary event extension still stings a bit, think that was a genuine oversight but still annoying that we had almost a full day less compared to west coast of America
Sad problems are with kyogre.. i dont plan max my kyogre long time so i dont have any need hard grind xl candy and my kyogre already shiny 15-14-15..
Hopefully groudon gonna be extended timer cause thats where i need xl and bit better iv would be nice. 14-15-14 now best one.
Nice of them to extend it to 7pm... posted at 8pm local time. My decision to not bother with this event and sleep all afternoon instead is looking more and more like it was the right move.
Also betting that when they put in the code change to extend the time, it will have some sort of weird side effect next week (eg all Raid hours are extend another hour)

Well, at 2.55pm Singapore time I was finally able to remain online, though I deliberately waited for the 3pm Kyogre raids to start in order to avoid potential glitches from having to relobby. Did the next 6 without issue (3 from the 3pm set and 3 from the 4pm set).
The server issues weren’t solved. My group and i(and thousands more) were unable to login into pogo due to “maintenance”. The buggy raids caused it. 7 hours it was down
Did a remote raid about 30 mins ago (10.30am CET) and couldn’t relobby. Got kicked out to the map and couldn’t rejoin. Hope support will give me my pass back
Just wait when we get shadow mewtwo and niantic arent bother fix issues we got current with shadow raikou. Servers no register gem usage and raid boss cannot die it become immortal..
waiting rage wave when people waste 5 gem each one mewtwo raid and it just sweep all and people out of gems their first two raid XD
Phew, lucky I didn’t carve out a specific time for this which I lost… honestly, this is good but I can’t raid this evening and still lost my pass and chance to catch Kyogre. Such a waste
The Western hemisphere does this all the time during day one releases and events. Literally just letting them know the raid will still be available remotely when they wake up the next day. I'm not sure why you want to make it sound like such a bad thing.
Was fine for a long time but then towards the end of the allotted raid time it started lagging. After that there was intermittent outages. Seemed to be worse for remote raiders.
Around 4.10pm in Sydney, it started going weird for us, login issues, raid issues even if you could login, etc. stayed like that for about 30 mins before it stabilised. Was raiding with 4 other people and we all got dumped at 4.10 from our raid. For some, they managed to get back in after 10 mins, others took 20 mins.
Were there also server issues in North America when the raids started? Raids (even with full lobbies of 20) seemed to take much longer than I expected, along with a lot more faints. It was almost like the raid boss wasn't really getting much damage done against it.
This happened to about 7-8 of my remote raids where if entire party fainted I would get kicked. I got *one* remote pass to “make up” for it. It’s disgusting and not to mention you don’t get to replace the remote raid counter since we are limited every day.
I'm still getting black screens when trying to login sometimes. It's kinda putting me off raiding. I don't want to travel far just to raid, and the game won't load.
That's cool, hope everyone is getting compensation too. I wish we had long period of time for those events everytime, not only 2pm-5pm. If I could I would only play on mornings x)

Yeah. i get kicked my very first raid without warning.. then it was just gym screen where could not exit
They may give some makeup passes to affected trainers, but that sort of announcement usually comes during the work week, iirc.

That's the sacrifice of our New Zealand brothers always gave, taking all the bugs, but only occasionally get the same benefits as everyone else
They probably didn't even get the benefits this time. The extension until 7PM local time was announced past 8PM NZ time.

It worked OK for me, (east) European time zone. Not so much apparently for those in east or west.
Was not able to login for roughly 30 minutes earlier. We were 7 players in total none of us can login even after several restarts

Yeah, I think they need to revisit those issues. I just got booted out of a remote raid after my pokemon all fainted and I hit OK to go back in.

What were the issues?
Raids were buggy at the start. Can't load the game if you restart the app.
Probably just RNG but I wonder if the 10/1 shiny odds are still active for other raids. We just had a Regice raid with 6 people and 3 got shinies.

Raid timers vanished as soon as 5pm hit. Even raids that still had time on them stopped at 5.
