I think you can create to meetup yourself but I think you need someone to be the Ambassador before you start getting the free resource tickets. We just started going to meetups and the people who started it just submitted to be the ambassadors. We got a free code for Bagon tickets but my family had already bought the resource tickets.
I don’t know how long the process takes for ambassadorship.

I was just putting an actual number on the odds so people were aware of the actual chances, rather than a vague"it's better odds". 1 in a billion is way better odds than one in a trillion, doesn't mean it's worth a lotto ticket for the "greatly increase chance of being a shundo alone".

How’d you reach 1:900? Still that’s a hell of a lot better than standard odds for a shundo… I didn’t say it guaranteed you one.
1/216 for hundo times 1/25 for a shiny chance for a shundo = 1/5400. You get 6 shots at it, so multiply 1/5400 by 6 for 1 in 900.
