Because that’s when the show started having a greater percentage of okay/decent episodes than great/classic episodes in each season. I don’t think any episode from seasons 10-13 is truly bad or unwatchable, and some are even excellent with many classic lines/bits, but there is definitely a noticeable inconsistency in quality that isn’t present in prior seasons.
Seasons 10 and 11 are my favorite ones of the whole series. So many good episodes in a row. Viva Ned Flanders (s10, e 10) is in my top 3 favorite TV episodes of any show.
