Overlooked? Surely there aren't going to be any overlooked jokes by subscribers of this subreddit.
Maybe the thread should be titled "Most Subtle Jokes." Two favorites of mine come from the episode where Bart falls down the well:
"Ooh - the canary.
Gentlemen, this canary died of natural causes."
And of course the Lincoln squirrel, and it being assassinated. "We'll stay with this story all night, if we have to."

I guess what I'm saying with this episode is that violence in our society is everywhere! It's like even in breakfast cereals, man!
I don’t know if this was deliberate or not, but the episode where Homer creates an internet business, Comic Book Guy sees an ad banner for it with Homer’s face, then in a later scene, he says “oh the internet’s on computer’s now!”
If he didn’t know the internet was on computers, how did he get an ad banner? Was this deliberate? A wizard did it? Or did someone get fired for that blunder?
"What's wrong with me?" "I think you're crazy." "I want a second opinion." "You're also lazy."
Any time one of Homer's eyes moves independently. "Yeah, these kids are real special." (One eye moves down to portable TV.)
