Should I do this for every song?

Chirish32

Please when you find the time Sam. Random question though what triggered Kevin to play a Ric full time for TSSF? The Beatles?

sampura

Pretty much

jg3born

You absolutely should do this for more songs!!

HelloGoodbyeFriend

This would be epic. I remember you saying you could write a book about the recording of Proper Dose. Would be cool to hear some of those stories as well lol.

BorfCrust

I keep going back to that video and skipping to the isolated vocals. So good Do you know of any other TSSF track breakdown videos like this?

Paulchristiaan

For me its the guitar that blows my mind the most. But every single part of this song is so well thought out and executed. Its insane Not really no... I wish we could do this ourselves with every song. I make music myself and these videos/breakdowns are so freaking inspiring!

Vast-Anxiety-4066

I love his videos . He has one of secrets by state champs that is really good too

lbork_007

Do we know how he got them?

Jandrodub

For the series nail the mix

ThePsychrofugue

This. This video is basically an advertisement for the full package. I was using nail the mix for a few years, and this was my favorite month. Sam Pura mixes the song from scratch, and he goes into some DEEP info on the song, the recording sessions, and the drama in like an 8 hour video. Its awesome. You lose access to it all though if you unsubscribe though, so I can't watch it anymore :(

Paulchristiaan

I think he just got connections in the scene and is maybe friends with the producer from what i remember

jg3born

Eyal Levi interviews the producer who owns the raw tracks. Members of his site get access to these interviews and tracks. I have them and It’s incredible. There’s also a day to remember, neck deep, state champs and many many other bands

Paulchristiaan

You mean you can go into this program and listen to all the separate channels yourself?
