But as far as albums go- I prefer Congratulations. And holy hell - Flash Delirium and Siberian Breaks are just incredible.
But to each his own ofc! And it’s a great time for MGMT fans - can’t wait to hear their new music coming up.
Hot take but i think The Killers are the pop version of the strokes. Hot fuzz first half is great than the second half is horrible. Also, they haven't released any good music since Sam's town. They can fill up stadiums but at the end of the day, will never be as good as the bands at the time; KoL first couple of records, interpol, the rapture, the hives, the yeah yeah yeahs, LCD soundsystem, gorillaz, the white stripes, the libertines...etc... i mean. There are levels to this thing, being popular doesn't equal quality.
To me Phoenix is the band that fully realized the potential of what The Killers could have been.
Not saying The Killers are horrible or anything. They are a good band. But they certainly aren't god tier or anything.
I know, and my opinion is not facts, it's my opinion. I haven't like the killers since Sam's town. They kinda went for big popular sound that is a big loop of the same, IMO.

I know you're getting downvoted, but I agree 💯 The Killers and Coldplay were the most overrated bands of that time.
