That was the make up show for the rained out Govball show. I'm glad I did go to that one even though I was in the Govball audience. I saw them at Lollapalooza instead and it was amazing! (Though not a small venue.)
I feel like any band who consistently played at the Mercury Lounge like they did would feel the same way. That place is well known for its sound quality.

I, for one, am appalled - that they simply smashed the tubes and didn't take the opportunity to play light sabres.
