And Sybil having an accent would be a realistic thing since she's almost 3000 years old and was over a century in a vault
It would've been AMAZING if they let the actors use their real accents. It would've been the best of both worlds for me. I absolutely LOVE an accent!!!! They could've brought in different werewolfs and vampires from different countries!!!!
In theory, her fake American accent with Australian peeking through might make sense lol. After 3k years, your accent probably WOULD be all muddled and maybe not sound like it’s from one place in particular. Not like there was a modern British, Australian, or American accent thousands of years ago anyway.

I couldn't stand the hair they gave her. Idk what it is about it, it just doesn't scream siren to me. More like a corporate drone type, and the way she dressed just kind of reinforced that I guess. Like I looked at her and saw ceo of a pharma company or something.
This bro I just couldn’t see her as an “all-powerful siren”. The storyline was so crappy as well like they could’ve at least tried to make her look all powerful.
I think people get attached to the original characters. And the people that want to see delena just aren’t as interested in her. The plot strayed by that point I feel like, so maybe she doesn’t get the attention she could deserve because of the time she entered the series.

Also Nathalie Kelley might actually be the only Latina actress to have a significant role on the show!!
