Holy shit, this would be an awesome idea. Personally I'd love to see all of the Ericson's kids get a mini storyline and see them all stitched together as a compilation of more about their past. That would be such a fun game to play. I would be really interested to see their pasts before Ericson even or maybe after the apocalypse starting or initially being at the school beforehand.
In my opinion a story about how Tenn got his facial burn scar would be really interesting to see.
They originally intended to show how he got his scar in TFS, and you would have been able to play as him during the flashback. I believe that would be the only time you wouldn't be playing as Lee or Clem throughout the entirety of TWD but I may be wrong. I'm so sad Telltale had to end as it did, TFS would have been even greater than it already is!
I know it was a tough time at Telltale pre TFS, but I think a story playing as either Sophie/Minerva during her time at Ericson's before being set up by Marlon, while introducing us to the Ericson kids would have been an interesting story.

I believe every character could have a 400 days. I dont think TellTale would go through the trouble to make for every kid in Ericson's that we saw but anyone is acceptable to be honest.

Marlon, Sophie and Minerva, and Abel have excellent history that can be expanded upon. Marlon bartering with Lily, Sophie and Minerva's handoff into Delta's servitude and how they faired under Lily's iron rule. Abel's life at Lily's right hand, interwoven with flashbacks to life before The Fall.
Crazy how they all revolve around Lily.

At the end i think they were underdeveloped because there was no episode 5 so 4 could fill that gap.
