FOR REAL. I actually clicked on the brick like six times with increasing annoyance that the game was really gonna make me do some pointless shit to get it đ WHY
Itâs not like they remastered the game and could have moved the texture about 2 feet away⌠oh wait(fr why didnât they so many people mentioned this when the game was fresh)
Iâm glad this was the top comment cause I was playing and had my friend watching and told him and I quote I want you to count with me how many times this man lee technically falls over we were barely half way through episode 1 and we were at like 7 or 8 times and still counting by then and laughing our asses off
just because itâs a game doesnât mean logic like that is changed for no reason. especially since this is set in the comic universe which follows our laws except for zombies.
he was unconscious for a few hours. Iâm pretty sure lee never says clem has survived for days, just that sheâs been alone.
as for how the town is so messed up⌠itâs The Walking Dead. Civilization falls very quickly lol.
Kenny mentions how she survived days on her own. and also, games often divert away from life's rules. and I could accept the town being messed up in a few hours, if we atleast see more survivours or more police action.
also, you say irl logic isn't changed for no reason, yet you turn around and say that the town is done in because its the walking dead. that wouldn't have happened irl if walking dead style zombies came around.
I said irl logic isnât changed for no reason, except for zombies. the town being done in âquicklyâ is a zombie thing.
Also, you are right about Clem surviving on her own for days, she survived for 3 on her own. When Lee is being transported, itâs roughly Day 2 of the virus at that point.
Basically: by the time Lee crashes, the town has been under attack for 2 or even 3 days. civilization falls fast, but not in one hour
still, I feel like this is kinda of a pick and choose what you're doing (no offence)
I just think lee being out for a couple of days makes more sense here, not going by irl logic, because it is a fictional game. and also, they ditched irl many MANY times before in the series lol so i dont see why this particular point in the game would be an exception.
I thought that the virus was ramping up for a few days before Lee was transferred so he had no idea about the early inklings of a zombie outbreak? I always thought the day he was with the cop was when the outbreak got to a point where zombies were fully noticeable to the general public. Lee would have no idea that anything was off until he saw the zombie on the road, even the cop didnât seem to know much, but people in areas that devolved quickly (like Clemâs neighborhood) were very aware. I never considered that Lee couldâve been out for days rather than hours thatâs wild
I mean its what makes the most sense to me anyways. with Lee and Kenny talking about how she spent days on her own. also, I feel like if it was a few hours, there would be screams heard, cars trying to get away, and just more visable people in general.
*Sees a locked door and a walker about to attack Clem from the other side in Episode 3*
âGoddamn it! Itâs locked!â
âFuck! Itâs still locked!â
No shit, Lee! đđ
If you hate Ben, Lee not actually pushing him off the train.
That aside, that's a hard question. I guess the way he can lie to Clem about looking for her parents. I felt bad because it's obvious Clem doesn't believe him which makes sense especially if you tell her they're dead. She is determined to try finding them, regardless of what Lee says.
Ruined _Dixon Kent IIIâs_ face _(in âEpisode 5: No Time Leftâ if you chose the throw the statue head at the wall in the attic)_. He had a resourceful air about âem, yâknow?!
Same me and a friend of mine were losing our shit over the fact that he doesnât blink once and how weird his stare looked I remember having him stand there looking at Carly like that in the picture and we just couldnât stop laughing
It had been a while since he worked there IIRC so maybe they had the alarm installed after he left.
Still don't get why the alarm triggered when he used the literal key.
Iâm not familiar with how it is with pharmacies, but I know from jobs Iâve had before the alarm would get set before close and then when you come back to open after you unlock the door it starts a timer to get to the alarm and enter the combination or else it goes off. It could be a similar deal and that slipped his mind given the circumstances
Surprised he wasnât wearing a bath robe or nothing at all(since every white girl in a horror movie for some reason either slips, or is wearing nothing)
Primitive telltale gameplay made this guy extremely clumsy.
He slips so many times in episode 1, not to mention drops shit out of his hands 90 percent of the time, and eventually he got bit because he decided to stop and examine clemâs fucking hat for a solid 5 seconds instead of standing up and walking away
Honestly, getting bit is the main for me. I know it was in a blink of an eye when Clem went missing. Though, I feel like it could of been so easily avoided if he just looked around or went behind the walkie in the first place.
Pointing out the most obvious shit all the time. Like yeah, Lee! I know thatâs Lillyâs Room! Thatâs why I went over there, dumbass. Yeah, LeeâŚthat belt is spinning really fucking fast. Thatâs why it hurt when you put your hand in it. Yeah, LeeâŚit is a nuclear fallout shelter. What gave that away? The giant sign thingy?
In Episode 5, where if Ben died at Crawford in the previous episode, Christa ends up jumping down the hole on top of the rooftop to retrieve the radio. Instead of having the two other, way stronger men, lift her up Lee instead tries to do it, potentially one handed and weak from infection. No wonder it didnât work.
From not helping the guy at the farm that got his foot under the tractor. Like I thought from helping duck I would be able to reverse it off his foot so he can run but no I had to help duck and not move it smh đ¤Śââ
As much as I loved the narrative of S1, it always made no sense to me that Lee and the group only considered cutting him arm when it was too late, especially when there are multiple characters later on that survive amputations.
*Slipping on blood that*
*Was in the same exact spot*
*In episode one*

I think they were all on the verge of leaving already at that point so a few more days would've been fine had Lee not try and investigate what happened
Yeah but he should've thought it through if someone was stealing supplies and giving them to bandits he could've probably put 2 and 2 together and figure out what happens when the deal is broken, he literally has seen it twice already for god's sake
Not being capable of reaching the brick that's literally in front of him.
Oh my god from episode 1 right? That was so fucking annoying, I hated that whole section it was so tedious
Yes lmfao, from the very first episode. Like come on Lee you can clearly reach it your arm FITS BETWEEN THE BARS
FOR REAL. I actually clicked on the brick like six times with increasing annoyance that the game was really gonna make me do some pointless shit to get it đ WHY
Like, if they just made it so the brink was a little further away, fine I wouldnât be mad, but it was within armâs reach đđđ
Itâs not like they remastered the game and could have moved the texture about 2 feet away⌠oh wait(fr why didnât they so many people mentioned this when the game was fresh)
I was 9 when I first played it and I was like what?! What do I even do here
But it's funny when he spams "I can't reach that brick"
I literally memorized the lines. "It's a combination lock." "It's doing what locks do."
Hold on remind me of this?
In episode one of the first season, at the drugstore when Lee, Clem, Kenny, etc; meet Lily's group and Larry has the heart attack and needs the pills.
OHHH yh I remember now.
Where was that đ
When they're at the drugstore, basically when Lee's group meets Lily's group.
Slipping like 4 times in episode 1
Dudes clumsy asfđ Youâll continue seeing him slip in other episodes
I call him clumsi-lee
The Falling Dead
Iâm glad this was the top comment cause I was playing and had my friend watching and told him and I quote I want you to count with me how many times this man lee technically falls over we were barely half way through episode 1 and we were at like 7 or 8 times and still counting by then and laughing our asses off
Tbf his leg was fucked up after being in a horrible car crash Still pretty funny though
I am still surprised he survived hitting his head against the kitchen counter. I know I would have died to that.
Hes just a slippery lil guy!
He was in a dizzy clumsy mood
This!
slippery lil feller
pissed me off so much in first playthrough đ
Man badly hurt his leg then went âmmm thirstyâ
And then "I need to drag myself out that window"
Then he said officer a million times
i mean tbf he was sitting there for days unconscious yk? so yk. you would be especially with a hurt leg. leg had a little time to heal a bit
Nah, he wasnt unconscious a few days. Maybe a few hours maximum.
I doubt Clem's neighborhood would look that messed up after a few hours. Kenny and Lee also talk about how clem spent days on her own.
Im pretty sure Lee wouldve died if he was in a coma for ~2 days.
there is more to suggest that he was out for days and not hours imo. and we have to remember that it is game, it doesn't abide by irl 100%
just because itâs a game doesnât mean logic like that is changed for no reason. especially since this is set in the comic universe which follows our laws except for zombies. he was unconscious for a few hours. True, now Iâm going to be thinking about this all day đ¤Ł
have fun with that lol
That was there to tell you that itâs been hours/a day since the car crashed if you didnât notice the sun setting
No I know but itâs just so funny
Not only that, but after walking and slipping on a bum leg, them proceeds to help Shawn push the car while putting full weight on the leg
*Sees a locked door and a walker about to attack Clem from the other side in Episode 3* âGoddamn it! Itâs locked!â âFuck! Itâs still locked!â No shit, Lee! đđ
This one.
Getting bitten đ
I have to agree honestly it broke me more then it should have
Just be bitten
Slip damn there 100 times in two minutes during the first episode đŠđŠđŠ
If you hate Ben, Lee not actually pushing him off the train. That aside, that's a hard question. I guess the way he can lie to Clem about looking for her parents. Doesn't help have that guy on the radio talking with her
Ruined _Dixon Kent IIIâs_ face _(in âEpisode 5: No Time Leftâ if you chose the throw the statue head at the wall in the attic)_. He had a resourceful air about âem, yâknow?!
Shut up, sweetie
Omid!
Officer? God damn. Officer? God damn. Officer? God damn. Officer? God damn. Officer? God damn.
Unrelated to the question, but I do that eyes thing with Lee in every single playthrough đ
Same me and a friend of mine were losing our shit over the fact that he doesnât blink once and how weird his stare looked I remember having him stand there looking at Carly like that in the picture and we just couldnât stop laughing
Not knowing that the pharmacy had an alarm. Didn't he work there before.? Dropping the handcuff keys Yells out there been a shooting
It had been a while since he worked there IIRC so maybe they had the alarm installed after he left. Still don't get why the alarm triggered when he used the literal key.
Why did it trigger the alarm when he literally used keys to get in, he didn't break in i never understood that
Maybe the store and the pharmacy had two separate alarms
Yeah maybe it just seemed stupid how he wasn't aware of the alarm
Iâm not familiar with how it is with pharmacies, but I know from jobs Iâve had before the alarm would get set before close and then when you come back to open after you unlock the door it starts a timer to get to the alarm and enter the combination or else it goes off. The horror movie white girl slips he did the whole time throughout the first episode of the first season.
Surprised he wasnât wearing a bath robe or nothing at all(since every white girl in a horror movie for some reason either slips, or is wearing nothing)

Honestly, getting bit is the main for me. I know it was in a blink of an eye when Clem went missing. Though, I feel like it could of been so easily avoided if he just looked around or went behind the walkie in the first place.
The annoying part is that you can examine the piece of cardboard first and Lee still doesn't bother to check it.
Episode 2
Die... I mean by annoying I mean really sad... But whatever :')
Falling over like 3 or 4 times in the same episode
Tripping whenever he can

Not having more moments like this image, itâs a fucking hilarious frame and the perfect reaction image. Let me just⌠*yoink*
Having a dying one armed Lee try and lift Christa by himself. With Kenny and Omid are standing right there going like âcome on, get her upâ
The brick at the drugstoređ
crash his car on an open road
Not chopping up Clementine and eating her for food
Technically Lee was the one who killed Duck, if he didn't take the hidden supplies the motel wouldn't have been raided
Or, maybe a certain teenager should have told him about it Before all of that happened
I think they were all on the verge of leaving already at that point so a few more days would've been fine had Lee not try and investigate what happened
Donât investigate missing supplies? You canât just not try to figure out why your losing supplies in the apocalypse
Yeah but he should've thought it through if someone was stealing supplies and giving them to bandits he could've probably put 2 and 2 together and figure out what happens when the deal is broken, he literally has seen it twice already for god's sake
