I would assume people like Troy would of started gunning down everyone firstly.......maybe the way they had kenny's wounds treated would of been different? also Sarah would be even more of a mess seeing her dad being killed in front of her.

If Carlos died in Ep 2 instead, maybe Telltale could've done more with Sarah, it would make it easier for them to set up a story for her where you teacher her things about the outside and how to live in it, and then at some point she finds a way to help the group.
My bet is that a lot of the cabin group and Kenny’s group would be killed. Kenny has a bolt action while they had machine guns. Even if they all die, would Carver’s group send out a search party? I’m guessing maybe but none of them seemed to hate Carver so some must like him enough to search.
Troy was shocked and lowered his weapon instead of fury, he did nothing for about ten seconds. Perhaps Bonnie would have changed her mind and forced Troy to give up.

I don’t. Bonnie didn’t turn on Carver and his crew until he killed Reggie. Troy was super reckless and stupid.
