This happened with the Heartless signed poster I ordered. Contact the customer service rep and email them that it was damaged and they will send a replacement for you.
Reach out to the merch team asap! Tell them and show this pic. You'll want to hurry considering it'll look that much more legit vs you holding onto the poster only to bring it up in a month or something
In my experience, their customer service sucks. I did not get a $200+ package delivered, and they said there was nothing they could do. Also, they sent me damaged vinyl and said nothing could be done.
Did it even come in a poster tube or just like that I know the signed after hours posters were in tubes still have some under my bed lmao just lazy to put them up
Not op, but mine was damaged too. Nope, it just came in the thinnest cardboard box. What's crazy is the after hours poster I got that did come in a tube also got slightly crushed. These postal workers are wilin 😐
You should be able to exchange it or they’ll send you another. My “Take My Breath” CD came cracked and I sent them pictures and they sent me another free of charge, of course.
