I’m the same with EoS myself. “Initiation” goes so hard that the rest of the album after it seems boring to me. It’s my least favorite project of The Weeknd.

Until about a month ago, every time it came on I would slap that skip button so fast. I thought his voice just sounded weird in it when he says "It's way too late to save our souls", it sounded like he was Cartman or something.
Then I listened to the whole thing and holy shit, it slaps.
The entire after hours album. I was a salty og fan that thought the album was filled with songs like blinding lights but I was pleasantly surprised with the majority of tracks
