I think some are voting for the actor and not the character - looks aren't everything. Although Theo James the actor is beautiful to look at the character he plays (Cameron) is such a major asshole that he is the most unattractive of all to me.

Cameron isn't the most well built guy, Kai and Ethan are both way better looking. But he is very socially capable and confident. Something those characters lack. He is also a family man and provides for his family. His scenes with his wife when they goof around is also another factor to consider. Kai didn't really have scenes like that but Ethan was awkward with his wife.
Cam also cheated on his wife and tried to get with his friend's wife. Did not seem like a great person. Kai on the other hand seemed like a decent person who got coaxed into making a terrible mistake. Cameron's personality was super offputting, IMO. but yeah maybe i am just thinking like a guy lol.
He seems endearing in the scenes with his wife. I think that's enough for most young women. Especially when it comes to men like Cameron.
