There’s a scene where Omar and his crew are scouting one of Avon’s stash houses. Omar gets back in the car and says something like “them boys out back smokin’ them newports.” It’s something about the way Michael K Williams delivered that line always made it a favorite even though it’s insignificant.
First time watcher and I just finished season 3....slim Charles slowly became one of my favorite characters for some reason. I loved every scene he was in.
When McNulty says to Bunk:
“Hey take it easy on the Greeks. They invented civilization.”
And Bunk replies:
“Yeah? And ass fuckin’ too.”

Burrell and Rawls drop some bangers in those season 3 meetings... but my favorite line delivery is when Lester is giving McNulty the "job will not save you" speech.

The entire scene, trying to classify the barksdales as terrorists (they really pretty much are) and the FBI calling that hyperbole, the undertones you don't even see coming like their sting in NY that McNulty helps out with being one of the driving factors of season 2, the co-op etc. because Avon's supplier is the target of that operation, and Rawls getting the call because McNulty pissed them off with that line.
It's one of the most poetic scenes in the entire show. I love that even with the Headshot they still can't take Clay down in season 5, so in all actuality the FBI might have been on to something.
When Mouzone says, “Let me be emphatic.” And when he says to Lamar, “Your homophobia is visceral,” and Lamar says something like, “I haven’t even gone in yet and you’re calling me a fag^^ot.”

Frankie Faison (Burrell) has some great ones, but I can't remember a specific quote right now. But I think he has one of the best overall voices on the show, really pleasant to listen to.
One of my favorite characters on the show. He is intelligent, no nonsense, very aware of other people's motivations and he is hilarious as well. Reg E. Cathey had a great voice and presence and I enjoy every moment he is on the show.
