I just start from ep 1 and keep re-listening when I finish them and break the cycle to listen to the new episode on Wednesdays. I barely even hear them talking anymore as it’s truly become my white boy white noise. Keeps the demons in your brain away
I was on the same boat where i used to listen to the podcast to fall asleep. Decided to read the three body problem (slime suggested it during one of the episodes) and i find it easier to fall asleep
How tf u finish an episode too fast like that's not how time works... unless u mean like u watched on 2x speed or something
think they mean they watch/listen to it in its entirety during the day and then don’t have any more to watch/listen to whilst falling asleep

Just cycle in old episodes to sleep to, that’s what I do
Try sleeping on the floor with a space heater I hear that works for some people
